It's December 2016, 45° and I have NO HEAT, for the last week actually. Apparently, they feel that you'll be fine just bundle up... I've called emergency maintenance twice. If I would have known they control the the thermostat I never would have moved here... I'm anemic in general but now me and my son who just got in from college, are sick. Guess whose calling an attorney. This wasn't disclosed when I signed my lease agreement. I shouldn't have to buy space heaters to keep my home warm when I pay my all-bills-paid rent on time.

apartments looks beautiful and very clean i dont know how maintenance works if theyre efficient or not but the ONLY lady in the office once you go in is rude did not offer to show a model or give move in specials or requirements she gave prices and went back to using personal phone office needs better customer service i was really interested in moving in asap

These apartment complex is pretty good overall I been a resident here and I am satisfied with the management, staff and also the leasing agents. Some of them are rude but some are really nice and easy going. I was pretty new to the leasing aspect but they made it quick and smooth and easy for me. In particular some residents are a bit loud at times but not all the time.

This apt has a great management for once and I definitely will be renewing my lease. Neighbors dont ever disturb you its a quiet and calmed apt complex Things are finally making sense here

Office is neat and clean and so is the property definitely moving in just got to get my process started
