Don’t move here! The owners of this property put alit of stress on their staff to blindside residents with allocated utilities along with increasing rent at an outlandish rate! The owners do not care about the residents and use tricky tactics upon after signing the lease to take advantage financially of residents. Also, you don’t have control of your ac and heating system when the property want to change the temperature it effects everyone unit.

Well,for days and we actually have heat to leasing office quiet a few times & keep being told they're working on it & then 5:00 hits & we are still without air & no help.Its about 75 in my apartment & has been for almost a week.Just imagine what the older people are going through & babies.Im reaching out to the city way before 5 today,so hopefully someone will actually help the residents here.

If you are only sleeping underneath of bridges that is only reson you may consider this living hell on earth the place . If I want could write many pages and words and long story short avoid your self before fall into some drainage . Management always harassing and looking to charge extra every single possible way .

If u have a better option I would take that. It’s the ------, loud, dirty, racist, unprofessional. No place to take children and ur loved ones. The people are very shady and disgusting. Office management unfriendly specifically Carina.

I am a current resident and I find it pretty Unprofessional and completely horrific that I can make a emergency maintenance request because my AC is not blowing cool air at 9:30 some in the afternoon then to still be waiting at threesome in the morning. To give the exact time 3:39 AM and still no maintenance have showed up called or anything and now the AC is not blowing any cool air at all. I have to wait for maintenance to not only fix the problem with the AC but to take my filter out because they have a drilled into the wall so if I need it open it would have to be Andrea it took an hour replace the back because it won’t hold up without the trio nails into the wall. I suffer from anxiety seizure disorder and hypertension which I take medication for that does not mix well with heath. I should not have to lay on the floor to feel some kind of coolness just because so-called emergency minus refuse to respond and I find this to be a emergency because I am a resident they live with chronic illnesses. Of course they’re gonna get mad they might even try to retaliate. But I am hounded for rent money but for the very same things they are supposed to do the application in etc. it’s not done. Office staff that was here prior to the new ownership is wonderful. ( well the assistant manager and one of the leasing consultants and that’s the one that been on the property) What I find to be the issue is The entire maintenance crew is completely horrible, lazy, and A complete waste of time to even depend on to keep the property up to part. It is a complete baffle that we the resident the Diamond Hill at Westheimer have to endure this type of one worthless madness It’s like they playing a game called Be the maintenance And the residents are the ones losing to the villains. I know it might sound comical. As hilarious as this may sound an unreal it’s sad to say that is true. I should not as a resident who have been here almost 3 years have to witness day in and Day out multiple different looters in and out of apartments destroying them breaking into people apartments stealing vehicles like mine so stolen last year and my place of residence done nothing to help me but tell me to file a police report which I did. Why should I pay $860 a month to constantly witness individuals who can stay here free of charge in a vacant apartment and Go in and out of the units like they pay rent day and night and nothing happened. I’m fed up and I am completely waiting for the retaliation to begin from the new owners of this property. I should not have to seclude myself to my house at night because of the on going nonstop traffic that place all night long and day. So unprepared for what they try to bring my way and I will be given a copy of this review my respective Attorney so if anything happened to me I am covered. And no I’m not slandering it the company are bad mouthing them I’m only speaking facts of me being a fed up concerned resident that feels no justice for any of it is being provided.

I resided at these apartments for about six months. The office/management is not knowledgeable and do not keep the books very well. You will constantly get eviction letters no matter if your rent is paid up for months ahead. Management does not handle situations in a professional manner and will tell your business/no confidentiality. The neighbors are horrible, loud, and ------. Be aware of those living in apartment 209C. The male that lives there thinks that he can harass women, and he sells drugs. The female that lives there will harass neighbors as well and use her kids as an excuse to do so. These apartments are rundown, old, have rats and roaches. These apartments should be condemned by the city of Houston already.

I've lived here for some yrs now and its been hell then and now with loud music, barking dogs, kids out at all times being loud and riding motorcycles thru the apts, roaches are everywhere, and we just got our hot water back on that's been off for about a month, with no discount or help from management. Id suggest no one move here if you want your piece and quiet and if you'd like to treated like a human.

We have not had hot water in the C section of community since Feb. We are now march 13th 3rd week without hot water. It should be illegal to let us live like this. Do not move here is you want peace in your life and basic things like hot water are basic necessities you should have to wait ovrr three weeks for

BAD REVIEW!! DO NOT MOVE HERE ROACH FESTIVE EVERY WHERE MICE AND GNATS MOLD AND PAINT FALLING OFF UR WALL !! TRASH AND DOG POOP EVERYWHERE!! U CAINT HAVE NOTHING ON UR PORCH NOR EVEN CHAIRS OR A BBQ PIT OR U WILL BE FINED!! AC IS ALWAYS BROKEN THEY WILL LEAVE U WITH OUT AC FOR MONTHS !! ITS MISERABLE AND A NIGHT MARE THESE ARE NOT LUXURY!!
