This apartmnet complex is a nice place to reside. I havent had many problems with my unit since I moved in. The office staff are very nice and helpful. The complex is kept clean and noice is kept at a peaceful level.

I would recomend this apartment to somebody who is looking for peacefull and affordable place to live.I have great satisfaction living here 4 years.

I just signed my 4th lease at this complex. Overall it's a very quiet community with a very homey atmosphere. All of the staff is super friendly and always greets you when they walk the property. I plan on staying here as long as they keep re-hewing my lease ð???

I was in serious need of moving into a apartment, ASAP, I walked into Adara Community Apartments { Synott Square} and was please as I was greeted, the staff was very pleasant, took the time to assist me in all my need, on exactly what I was looking for, and how soon a apartment would be available. There was no run around, and all promises was kept, down to the call backs on Credit check. The community itself is clean, small, and what I now call home. I love that my washer and dryer is in my unit, rent included. I gave Synott Square staff and community 5***** star, for professionalism, and promptness.

We are staying in these apartments for about 2 years now. It is a small neighborhood feel. There are plenty of grocery store and restaurants nearby and conveniently located near highway 6 area. The management staff is helpful and nice. plenty of spaces for parking.
