We have been living here since 1998 and we feel like this is our own house. Excellent management and maintenance service and very helpful to all residents. Family environment. It is nicely located close all freeways, Malls, Food markets and Restaurants. We always recommend Synott Square Community to my friends, relatives.

Been staying at these apartments for little over 6 months. Overall the staying experience has been good and steady. The management staff has been helpful and are efficient in what can be done. The lighting can be a little better but it is sufficient enough for the parking space. The area is convenient to a lot of nearby stores and facilities. In general it has been great staying here.

Although I have lived here for 3 months, it is enough to know a noisy community from a quiet one. The entire management has been very friendly, accommodating ,and responsive complains. There is no perfection in any apartment, so they too have their own shortcomings, but none of which can be compared to their positive side. I will recommend this apartment to anyone I care about.

Armed robbery takes place with 3 people breaking and holding 2 resident hostage, no comment or warning from management about the incident or mention of it. When asked about the incident, they casually placed blame on the victims. "They left patio door open" Disgraceful and shameful. Overall average aparment with management focus more on reputation and less about safety of its people.

Overall staying at Synott has been a great decision for me and my family. The complex has great lightening and ample parking space. The management and and staff are friendly and always easy approach. With nearby shopping center and places to eat it has been convenient for me and my kids.

A family oriented environment, very calm and secure area, this is the only place where I have my kids playing outside at the basketball court and I feel safe Neighbors look after each other kinds, at least in my area. Like a few other we've been here approximately 1 year. Ms. Shahnaz and Mr. Johnny the rest of the management have been fantastic. There have been a few hiccups, as every apartment also has, but they were quickly resolved. We were treated with compassion and concern during these hiccups as well. Maintnence is friendly, and polite. We feel safe with them in our apartment, and love to chat with them when we can. I'm sad to to move only due to job relocation.

Synott Square is a great place to live. Is in a good area, near many schools and supermarkets. Staff and maintenance are quick to respond and dliligent.

Having in this community for almost 6months, Cant compare to another. its the community to be in houston.

This is a great community i have lived here for almost two years now, and never had any problems. If your are looking for a nice quiet niche to live in, this is where you should go.
