Overall, we like it here. It’s a nice property with nice surroundings. What we do not like is the parking situation and the poorly designed parking garage. Very difficult to navigate around corners. In addition, the cars that are parked on front of the leasing office is a hazard. There will be an accident there someday in the near future.

I love this community because of the excellent staff, access to highways and local shopping and the apartment. Its a great place to live. I have lived her for almost 2 years now and I like how consistent the upkeep is.

There are many things I enjoy: friendly and responsive staff and maintenance crew, well maintained grounds and facility, good social gatherings. What I don't like: 1. Risky turns in the parking garage, especially if drivers are going fast. 2. I would have preferred giving up the convenience of placing trash outside front doors to have a more attractive hallway to your own front door. 3. My biggest complaint is the noisy neighbor upstairs. I have complained at least 6 times when the loud party went until 2:30 a.m. I ignore the loud rumbling mechanical rolling across the apt. noise several times daily, but not at after 11:30 p.m.

Best for living with safe community and excellent amenities, gym and safe parking area for residents and also visitors and easy access to I10 near to memorial mall and more. Nice office and maintenance staff.
