All dry systems down due to broken sprinkler in parking garage.
changes taste after the water has been sittting in a cup for a while. citizen says that she drinks it and then after a moment or 2 it changes taste. she wants to know if the water safe to drink. a couple of hours later the sitting water is ill in taste, taste bad.
