Great community to live in! The property is always clean and well maintained, neighbors are friendly, and management is responsive and helpful. It’s a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place I’m happy to call home.

The move in process was fantastic. Having dedicated access to the elevator greatly improved the speed of the move in. The building is remarkably maintained. I have lived in no less than 10 apartment communities and the Westcott has surpassed all experiences so far.

I’ve discussed my issue many times with management. I can heard extremely loud footsteps (booming sounds (jolly green giant sounding) and chairs dragged across the floor at all times of the day and night from the apartment above me. I am miserable. I’m just shocked that this is occurring in a building that is so newly built. The only options that have been offered to me is to move into a much smaller (1/2 the size of my current space) or a larger space that is almost twice the amount of my current (I can not afford that amount). I currently pay a lot for the space that I am currently in. I believe that this issue had to known to management but they didn’t advise me of how noisy and disturbing it is. Last night I was awake at 1-2am because of the noise from the apartment above me.

One of the best things about living here, other than the obvious perks of the location, the aesthetics, amenities etc, is how amazing the staff is. Concierge, valet, maintenance… all of them make it feel like home and always greet me with warmth!

From the new paint, improved cleanliness, clean carpets, beautiful landscape as well as the well placed decor in the social lounge- y’all did great!! Thank you so much. I love it here! We moved to the building a few weeks ago and we love it so far!! Everyone is super nice, the amenities are top notch, the leasing personnel is super friendly and we love our apartment. It is super quiet too.

During my experience, I found the building to be beautifully finished and well-maintained, with a prime location that added to its appeal. However, there were several challenges that stood out. Transparency regarding theft was lacking, and greater accountability was needed to address these concerns effectively. Additionally, the elevators were frequently out of order, far more often than expected, which caused inconvenience. Security measures could also be improved, as there was no guard present to confirm vehicle access in the parking deck, raising safety concerns. Another significant issue was the frequent loss of packages, which added frustration to the overall experience. While the building itself is impressive and well-kept, addressing these challenges would greatly enhance the overall living experience.

I love the location and the staff they are so helpful and always extremely friendly. the building on the other hand is not so great. I have lived in two different units over two years and I have constantly been kept up woken up and disturbed throughout the day by noise through the floor from the apartment above me. it's horrible. I have lived in many apartments nicer, less expensive, lower quality over all but I have never experienced the noise like I have here from the apartment above me. the building is a piece of ---- and if you are going to continue to marker it as a luxury apartment you need to do something about the week flooring and lack of insulation between floors because as it stands today its 100% false advertising to promote this building as luxury because beyond the staff who are superb nothing else about the building is luxury.

Our almost two years experience has been excellent. the building is amazingly quiet. In the first period, we had two big dogs in the next door apartment that were left alone a lot. We rarely heard any barking and, when we did, it was extremely muffled and not a bother.
