Tinsely has been amazing thus far. The location is perfect. It's located in the center of everything. The leasing staff is great. Anytime I've need work done in the apartment, the maintenance team is always quick to handle the problem. I Only have two issue here. Depending on what time you get home from work, you will have to park at least on the 5th floor. Would prefer to park on the floor my apartment is (2nd). Unfortunately, if you want a guaranteed spot, then you must pay for a parking spot. My second and biggest issue is having to pay for valet trash services that I do not use because of my work hours. This is an additional $45 to my rent. I faithfully dump my own trash. Other than that Tinsley is a great community and I highly recommend.

Great apartment staff and convenient location in the middle of the city. But layout of apts are quite small for the price. Parking setup needs significant improvement as there is essentially so few guest spots and it's not convenient for them to enter parking or even the building easily. Safety around the area (adjacent blocks) are not reliable safe either

Staff is helpful, location is very Convenient, and there has been a huge notable effort from the new management to make everything look new and clean, only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment complex is quite big so expect a lot of walking.

Living at Tinsley has been an exceptional experience. We absolutely love the spaciousness of our unit and the variety of amenities available on the property. The pool is beautifully designed, and the gym is fully equipped, making it convenient to stay active. The leasing office team and support staff consistently go above and beyond for the residents, ensuring everyone feels cared for and that the community remains well-maintained and clean. We also appreciate the effort they put into organizing mixers and holiday events, which create a warm and connected community atmosphere. I highly recommend Tinsley to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I've been living here for four years and am happy with the location, amenities, and the responsiveness of the maintenance team when needed. The transition to a new management company earlier this year was rocky, but it has improved over time. They seem to be investing more in improvements and updates.
