Great community. Staff is polite. The maintenance team is fast and efficient. Amenities are clean and in working condition. Overall I really enjoy living here. My only concern would be to fix the call box for when guests arrive and also access into parking deck. My other property used butterfly xm which allowed residents to open gate from phone instead of the inconvenience of having to walk all the way downstairs to give access to garage. That would be my biggest issue here.

It's been good. The transition to new mgmt seemed a little rocky, but they've done good work on improving the property, at least aesthetically. My only complaint is the dumpsters by the entrance to the parking garage. They're in the way and they REEK when it rains. Also they made a new rule banning alcohol at the pool, which is dumb and will not be followed.

Leasing was easy and the location is great. The property itself is clean and well-maintained, but my unit was filthy when I moved in?dust everywhere, dirty fridge, and maintenance issues from night one. Seems like management could care less when I told them. Walls are paper thin; you'll hear every conversation and footstep. I reported loud neighbors multiple times, but management dismissed it as "normal apartment living." Stray cats roam the courtyards and stairwells constantly?management does nothing about it. Strict towing rules and pool restrictions?no alcohol in the pool area, which feels excessive. Garage access is frustrating since it relies on a car sticker?guests can't enter and switching vehicles isn't practical. Car break-ins happen and security doesn't seem effective. Management cares about appearances, but not about residents' comfort. If you're okay with these issues, the location might make it worth it.

The valet trash is pointless because they barely come by and pick up anything on nights their suppose to. The garage rooms are packed from people throwing their trash all over which makes the hallways smell terrible. People do not pick up after their pets and allow them to excuse themselves in the elevators, installing cameras in the elevators might help cut down.

Not a safe spot. Doors that are required by key never work. No enough maintenance staff. Management is rude. Smells like dog piss. Carpet is old and nasty. Parking garage needs oiled or replaced. We don't need valet trash. It does not help.

I am having a wonderful experience living at Tinsley on the Park. Adrian is great manager. Candace, Monica, Christina and Amber are the best. They know me by name and always provide excellent customer service.

Overall great. In unit fire alarms are too sensitive and go off all the time. Trash is collected and left in rubbish rooms overnight into the next morning causing quite a stench in the hallways. Gates entry to the parking garage has gone out a few times causing issues getting in. Otherwise great complex.

It's been generally good! The location is great and I love the apartments. I'll say that there are some newer rules that have brought my happiness here down slightly. New management's lease is much stricter specifically around the rules of our patio areas and right to privacy. I love love love living here but will say the rules make it feel less like a home and more like monitored show apartments and it will be part of the reason I consider not renewing when the time comes.

I moved here in early 2021 my experience has been satisfactory, though I do not plan to renew at the end of this year. The apartments themselves and the amenities are nice, however the new management take over by Berkshire has been neither smooth nor beneficial. Previously, all information and documents were in one central portal, where now there is a separate 3rd party website you have to create an account for to pay rent, to upload your insurance, request maintenance, etc. It is totally decentralized and absolutely maddening. There have been a series of 'improvement projects' which have had no value added and in some cases made the grounds appearance worse (or less functional, eg doors on elevator landings on longer able to open all the way). In terms of security, I would not call it safe. Exterior doors have been broken for months, maybe even years, and it is comically easy to get into the parking garage by following someone in. In addition, the opening of the new high rise on the adjacent lot has made traffic significantly worse, as well as noisy. I second the comment made in another review about speed bumps on Gillette. It is shocking that no one yet has been seriously injured with the amount of foot traffic and cars flying by. That being said, the staff themselves are nice and helpful and I have never had to wait too long for a maintenance request to be resolved. It is simply no longer worth the rising cost with the lack of added value.
