This community is clean and great staff. However is overpriced, especially being that there is no remote/app controlled entry for the garage and doorways. Paying almost 2k and having to walk upstairs to my car to retrieve my sticker to open the garage (that I am unable to stick to my car because of this very scenario) then walk all the way downstairs, hop in the car with my guest as we ride to the top of the garage where guest parking is located is pretty insane and inefficient.

Nice new building. Apartments are clean with great views. But, management and Maintence is stretched thin or burned out. Doors slam so loud it echos in the hall, garage gate is constantly broken, dog park is only able to be used 1 animal at a time due to so many aggressive dogs in the complex. It's a high standard of living complex that continues to fall short of expectations.

This is a decent complex but management has done a few things that have made it harder to live here. I live on the first floor in a very public part of the building. They made me remove the privacy screens from my yard. So now I have to have my blinds closed 24/7 or else people just stare into my apartment. Like Amazon delivery people have literally knocked on my window asking me to let them in. The lack of privacy and the inability to enjoy having my windows open really ruins the apartment for me. Otherwise, the maintenance crew is amazing, pool is nice. Gym desperately needs updates and repairs.

Dallas St units are loud due to the speeding cars on the street and the windows don't block much outside noise. You hear cars racing up and down at all hours. The views from the rooftop are nice and the amenity areas are kept clean. Maintenance is quick and efficient which is very helpful. The building is fairly secure and has onsite security during the night.

Living here has been a mixed experience. While the view of downtown is truly amazing and one of the best things about this community, maintenance has been a recurring issue. I've submitted multiple requests since I moved in 7 months ago for gas leaks, plumbing problems, and other repairs that took too long to be resolved. The walls are also very thin, and loud neighbors make it hard to relax or sleep at times. Overall, the location and view are great, but the upkeep and noise control need serious improvement

We had a seamless application and move in process. The amenities are great and the building is maintained very well. It is clean, quiet and we feel safe there. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Houston home.

I love the location of Tinsley on the Park and that it is a walkable distance to the park itself. I like my apartment a lot, but you can tell it is an older apartment by cracks in the walls, bathroom shower, etc. The pool is a nice serene area in the middle of the complex. I enjoy the gym, but wish there were a few updates and repairs in there. The dog park/run also needs major repairs/updates. It always reeks of strong urine odor and there is Constantly dog feces everywhere because they do not hold people accountable for not picking up after their pets. There should be a monetary fine and camera watching to hold residents accountable. It's unacceptable and disgusting. The carpets throughout the complex need updating as well. They have a smell to them. It is also ridiculous that the new management does not let people put privacy fences on their patios! There are constantly people (homeless) walking by staring into the apartments and it is extremely invasive! I guarantee you wouldn't want that for your own home?.

Love the location and the pool. Quiet area and maintained well. Would like to see if the courtyard lights could be turned off at night. Otherwise I have no complaints at all. Also love the security in the garage

Overall the facilities are very well kept and also very high end. When you are lounging at the pool the experience is almost resort style with games, grills and plenty of space. While I am not a fan of all of the policies such as no privacy screens and the slightly invasive landscaping, overall the community is nice and the location is stellar.

The apartment is OK, I would not consider this a "luxury" apartment. The parking system is made in a way that there's about a 70% chance your guests cars will get towed. The apartment is decently well built, and the maintenance staff is good. Although, the price you pay in rent does not match up with the service you get. The security of the garage is mid, the guard is not there 24/7 and neither do they actually check anything.
