I absolutely LOVE my apartment! I feel like I live at a hotel!!! The amenities are amazing!!! My fiancé and I moved to Texas from NY for a better way of living. We were at an apartment in Katy that wasn't much better than NY. Our apartment search lasted for four months before we came across this gem. Luciano was so helpful and patient with us. He answered all of our concerns no matter how small. I absolutely love this place an hope I am here for years to come!!!

91Fifty is a breath of fresh air in the Copperfield area. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Laticia was my leasing agent and she was Awesome! If luxury is what you are looking for, than look no further! The amenities are fabulous! There is a washer and dryer in every unit, valet trash pick up , and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom

91 Fifty Apt is luxury living at its best! What a nice place to call "home!" After my husband and I decided to downsize, we were looking for a place that could be compared to our home and neighborhood. We found it! The units are gorgeous, spacious with modern features, beautiful colors, high-tech, stainless steel appliances, and roomy closets. The Community is beautiful! The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The Management team and Office Staff are fundamental! They are courteous, efficient, accommodating, and very professional but yet personal. The Maintenance team is outstanding! I appreciate the timely way things are done as well as how they take care in making sure things are tidy when the job is complete. Without hesitation, I would recommend 91Fifty to a friend. I also love the name :)

Looking for our first apartment was very very Difficult it took Months to find the right location,Price and amazing Office staff to work with us with our needs from the day we walked in the Assistant Manager was Amazing and sold us within 5 Minutes Overall our apartment is spacious and Brand new and has wood floors on the 3rd Floor ! Trash is picked up and Maintenance comes in a few Hours or the next day no later . The office staff Greets you by name every time ! We will definitely be staying a while here Thanks for making our experience worth talking about and documenting keep up the Great work Guys!

This has been the best rental experience I've ever had. The property is gorgeous and immaculately maintained. I am thoroughly enjoying the luxury amenities in my unit and in the clubhouse as well. I cannot express enough how refreshing it is to have a professionally dressed, well-mannered, and politely helpful management and office team that is also knowledgeable about the property and its procedures. My maintenance requests are always handled promptly and the office staff always greets me by name and with a smile. I feel like I'm staying at a five-star hotel (Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons), but it's even better because I live here! If you're not living at 91Fifty you should. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
