Biggest mistake was resigning my lease ever since the last property manger left everything is horrible my lease amount has not been correct for the past 3 months ! They always say they will call you back and I still have not received my call ! Also if you plan on going out be back before 12 am or you won't have a parking spot they changed the rules now everybody and they mama parked in here you will sit in your car hours waiting to find a spot ! And third if you are prepared to step in dog poop almost everyday in the grass or the sidewalk this complex is right for you the animal rules are not enforced and they let nothing ,but trashy people move in I've stepped in dog poop 3 or more times already I pick up behind my dog! And it's not that hard for anyone else to do it it's beyond nasty and can't wait to move out of here !!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently moved to this "Luxury Apartment Complex" the interiors and appliances are nice. The construction of the apartment not so good. There is no noise barriers. I can hear my upstairs neighboors move-throw-footsteps all day and worst loud music upto early hours of the morning and management has not done anything to correct this issue. The moving process was a breeze and maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. The gate has been broken for long time and it causes an inconveniece and well if you are paying for a gated community it defeats the purpose. The nice green areas are always not so nice because of irresponsible pet owners. Can't wait for my contract to be over and find a new place. I live better in a place where rules are set and management enforces those rules just to make everyones stay better!

DO NOT MOVE HERE...... They do not care about the residents, its all about a dollar. The office staff is rude. If you like living with rodents and gnats, and mold..go for it. If you like living where cops come 3-4 times a month, this is for you. If you like your skin burning from bleach in the pool or swimming with green algae, move here. If you don't care about the gate being broken, This place is it.There is dog poop constantly on the ground. If you don't care about parking, this is for you. Your appliances will break or not working,and you have to wait over a week cause its under warranty. Overall... If you want quality living for the price you pay, this place is definitely NOT for you.

Its a very nice apartments complex the office staff are vey nice and helpful . The maintenance team its the best. When i need something to get done it gets done the same day y'all are the best. I love living here.

I'm a First Time renter and I choose 91fiftty not only because it has stunning hardwood floors,stainless steal appliances,or because it's specious.When I first drove up I told my partner this is the ones free look at dozen of apartments the whole month, we went inside and we were greeted by a smiling beautiful I might add associate Laticia, from the time she said hello are you looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom to the time Laticia asked for our Id's we felt nothing but pure geniune hospitality and one of the most Fun personality that I've seen in forever, as a matter of fact Laticia was one the reasons why we went with a "Yes" to this apartment complex and even now she's always asking if we are okay or how are things going at our apartment, someone who cares about their tenents and their well-being that's what I always wanted and thought I would want to live for 12 months and the last 6 Months have been Fantastic and I can't wait to see what the next 6 months holds thanks so much Laticia she's an amazing worker for 91fifty I hope she doesn't leave while I'm here.

Been here since they opened and I'm very happy to have moved here. The Complex is stunning, well kept up, and the staff is great. Laticia is the staff member that was able to help me since day one and I'd highly recommend you ask for her if you are thinking of becoming a future resident, to get more info or simply if you want to take a tour of the place. Also the maintenance guy is awesome. He takes care of every resident as fast as possible, sometimes with in minutes of putting in the request.

My leasing agent chick was Laticia. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the apartments and the unit that I would choose to live in. I was able to make a decision without being pressured into making the apartment a new home. Laticia is very kind....actually, the whole staff is very kind and I knew right away that I could make the apartment my new home. So, far everything has been okay, with being there...I have no complaints. Huge ratings for this apartment complex in the area.

I've lived all over the Houston metro area as well as outlying communities and hands down 9150 has the friendliest staff. We had the pleasure of working with Brittany and Judith and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home and we greatly appreciate the effort. -5302

This is easily the best apartment complex in the area, the residents are great and the staff is even better! I had Brittany show me around and I was immediately sold! From the moment you walk in it is stunning, but as soon as you see the apartments your jaw literally drops. The gym is great and hardly anyone ever uses it, hopefully this review doesn't change that. They do community events so you can try to meet your neighbors such as wine and cheese night, which is a nice plus. The upkeep on the community is amazing, I have never seen anything dirty there. I recommend this place to all my friends.

We moved into our apartment in January. We are so glad we decided to move here. Our apartment is like a house. Everyone who comes to visit can't believe how nice it is. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Brittany did an awesome job getting us ready to move in. We love living here.
