We love living here and the staff is always so kind. KJ is very quick to respond when I need something in my unit and the amenities here are so well-maintained. Definitely check this place out. Perfect location!

The staff is very welcoming and always willing to help. The landscape is amazing and work orders are often fulfilled the same day requested. I love living at Med center and would recommend to anyone in Houston.

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and I absolutely love my home! Ms. Shun is very helpful and answer everything I’ve needed help with. The maintenance team is phenomenal and I can’t ask for better service. Thank you all.

I have lived here for 3 years and I can honestly say I wont move again until I have a house. Jason, Shun and Desmond did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable with my stay here at Cortland if a problem arise.

Let’s talk about PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just found out that I have cancer, and recently tested positive for covid and not been feeling well. Jason, the Community Manager reached out to me just to make sure that I was okay. He took the extra mile to bring me meds and a case of water to my front door. Now what other apartment staff does that? I definitely love being here. I really feel appreciated as a resident. If I could give 10 stars, I most absolutely would. Thank you again, Jason!!!????????

They don’t care about current residents. The pictures u see online may look nice but truthfully, the windows and doors are not completely sealed, the walls are very thin, the smell of weed and other strong substances leak into other units (mine and my neighbors), and there are a lot of rowdy residents living here those of which maintenance and staff do/say nothing about. I have settled for this complex for years but only because of the location. The rent is too high for what the quality they give and the service they offer.

Walk away as fast as you can if you are considering this property! Management is the worst I have ever encountered! These people do not give a d*#$ about the residents. Covid made them even lazier than they already were. Very few of the services they claim in the property visit actually are available and it's NOT because of Covid. It's because of their incompetence. Worst experience.

I havent lived here a full year yet but I am very pleased with my apartment and the community. Staff is always courteous, I dont have any issues with neighbors or noise. I would definitely recommend Cortland to friends

For a peaceful and friendly living experience, try Cortland Med. It is right off the 610 loop which provides great access. Plenty of restaurants, event centers and grocery stores. Through all of our recent hurricanes and flooding. We have never had water damage. When the power goes out. It is restored with in hours do to the fact that we are so near the medical center. Thank you Cortland Med. for being a shelter in the time of storm.

Its a gem, no doubt. Its in interiors and safe. Extended leasing office hours really help. Staff members are always available and are great. Apartments are spacious and well built. I can say wall noise isolation is above 75%. Overall its a luxurious, worry-free community.
