These apartments are full of roaches roaches every where in the kitchen bathroom front door these apartments are infested with roaches they charge u all these extra fees on the rent and then act like they don't know what u talking about they remodel a lot of down staris units over here because they where flooded out these apartments flood extremely bad because they sit right Infront or brasewood bayou I lost my apartment and car it's not worth loosing everything the rent is high it's loud and ------ over here people selling weed loud music my car has been broken in 3 times since I moved here and this is while the security is here they turn the electricity off at least twice a month and don't notify u until that morning then they say it will be off from 9-1 and it doesn't come back on until 9 the black girl in the office tish doesn't do anything she has her mom in there with her just talking loud being rude I would never suggest moving here I been here 1 year and I am moving ASAP don't move here unless u wanna get robbed and live with roaches

I looked online and all the apartments per the website show renovated. I called and asked about the particular floor plan I was told it was renovated and shown a renovated model. after putting my app fee down and 3 days before move I was told my unit was not renovated. The person who assisted me with my apartment that works there even said they should let ppl know that all units are not renovated. I was really pissed about that but once I moved in it I hasn't been that bad. my apartment was not ready when I came to sign the lease you could tell they were trying to hurry and get it done so I had to come back to get my keys after 12. the closets are really big and spacious. My only problem at this point is the roaches in the kitchen...they are ridiculous. My refrigerator and cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were very dirty and the light switches were as well. I like my parking area. but I dislike that there's only one place for trash. the washing and dryer facilities need to be fixed up the look dangerous to go into. the complex so far has been very quiet and clean. so I don't have many complaints I just want to get rid of these nasty roaches that I did not bring with me.

Inside the apartment is beautiful but if you move on the first floor and the people above you have kids and every footstep they take is like a huge set person is walking. kids running and you can hear everything, every step. Aside that, nice pla

Don't move here it's floods so bad in these apartments that's why they are remodeling the down staris units it's because they have been flooded out no matter how heavy the rain is these apartments flood bad and your car has no chance it will be flooded out as well and if u move into a upstairs unit they have" roaches infested" every where and maintance will it fix anything and with them remodeling the downstairs unit there are construction workers beating and banging on everything please don't move here it's floods to bad and the roaches are horrible ....

Office staff is not prepared. BH Managemnt has a lot of flaws with their online application process it messes up constantly. That caused our lease to be all messed up and made the in process HORRIBLE. Don't move here till renovations are done

my community is fine, but the apartment complex across the street is very dirty and loud, loud music in the parking lot, people talking loud and yelling. its very discomforting, the conditions across the street. i find no issues to complain about on the property i live, except the walk in gate which i mentioned previously.

Nice quiet beautiful place to live.. units are very spacious... large walkin closets.. a definite win win... staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home... all issues if any are quickly taken care of... I would definitely recommend Boardwalk Apts

Unacceptable. Horrible response time. I pay my rent on time but can't get anyone to fix my issues. It's been weeks. My refrigerator leaks every single day. My food gets wet. My apartment is extremely hot. I've called for the same things at least four times. It's a joke. It's truly unacceptable.

I love it here. Centrally located to just about everything. For the cost of rental, a very large apartment home. Inside neighbor's noise is at a minimum since this is an older apartmen complex. I have no complaints.

The apartment has suffered lots of damage from the past two floods. Due to this there is lots of work that remains to be completed. Therefore, the residents on the 2nd floor receives slow responses to our needs. The first floor apartments and town homes are vacant and under construction. It's embarrassing to have family and friends over... the appeared is very undesirable. Trash is in the parking lots and shrubbery. The construction workers park in the residents parking spaces. Security is questionable... the property has hired two security guards to patrol the property at night. There is a water problem... leaks are prevalent in the apartments and the parking lot smells like sewer water. Roaches are a very huge infestation problem. I keep a clean apartment and still have roaches. They are so bad they are in the bedroom closets in our clothes. Pest Control services doesn't get rid of the roaches. Also rats are in the attic running around. You can hear them scurrying over your head. Traumatizing for children.
