Beautiful building with lots of amenities. Jennifer in the leasing office is incredibly sweet and helpful! I can't wait to move in and experience life at The Rice. The units are historic and have so much character.

I've had nothing but a great experience with The Rice so far. Staff are all super friendly and accommodating. I worked with Jennifer in the leasing office and she was amazing, very responsive and helpful. I hope to stay here for several years.

I’ve been here a few months and love it. The staff is extremely helpful especially Johnny Moreno who worked to find the perfect space for me. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any requests.

We've only lived here for a couple of months but so far we've had a great experience. The staff is super helpful, concierge is always more than ready to help and the atmosphere is great. We worked with Johnny in leasing and he made the experience pretty easy and is always available to help out even after we signed.

Living at the rice has been great so far. Johnny Moreno made my move very easy and helped me find the perfect unit. The location is great with many places to eat and drink. I've appreciated how nice all the staff has been and Johnny has made me feel very welcomed and still says hi every time we see each other. Those small things really make you feel good to have a good friendly staff and community at The Rice.

I love living at The Rice! Can't beat my commute to work (across the street) and EVERYONE here has been great to me. Johnny Moreno, who helped me during the application process is still someone I talk to daily and his kind ways are just an example of how everyone has treated me here at The Rice...and if you like you place to look beautiful...you can't beat The Rice!

We love the rice. Although there is less going on downtown due to COVID, we love that we have amenities like the gym, patio, and pool to keep us entertained without going out. We are happy that we resigned our lease and will be here for at least another year!

I have only lived at The Rice for just over a month, but I have absolutely loved every minute there. I had chosen a different property initially (The Lofts at the Ballpark), but they were very slow to respond, while the staff at The Rice answered every single question I had within hours, sometimes minutes. They made the extremely stressful move during COVID-19 as easy as possible, and the way the staff has handled everything on the property has been nothing short of commendable. I'll live here as long as they'll have me! Thank you Teela, Hannah, and any other staff I may have missed mentioning!!

During this time of uncertainty The Rice has not provided help to its renters, but it is offering a 2.5 month free to new renters. We are also being charge the same while the gym, club rooms, pool and other areas are closed. Way to go Rice, way to go new manager and new office ladies.
