This property is very quiet and everyone looks out for each other as well as the well-being of the property. Office staff is always courteous and maintenance prompt on getting the service request completed. Thank you granite club ??

It has been a good one nice and quiet not too many problems id give them 8.5 out of 10 the office staff is very helpful and friendly and always willing to go the the extra mile to help with any situation that may come up.

I really like living here, it's perfect for me. It's a small community and as a single woman I feel safe and at ease throughout the complex. Great location, clean and well kept grounds. The staff is great and accommodating, always engaging with the community. Maintenance is pretty good at responding to issues quickly, although I haven't had any major problems. Check them out and come join the Granite Club family!

Overall is good. It is a small property, clean and organized. It is a saline place. The negative point of living here is the constant bathroom flooding, which is not healthy at all. Is a place good to live in, but have to consider the problem of bathroom flooding.

Totally dissatisfied with the company for towing my vehicle with the reason being " you are a resident here not a visitor" when there was no parking spot available in the resident parking and the visitors was empty.

It's great. Quiet, no break in's, the parking situation is all the over the place changing websites and that makes things difficult for family visiting from out of town WHO DONT WANT THEIR CARS TOWED/ that is very frustrating. But the office management is great, mantinence has been great, beautiful community. Thanks for everything.

I'm very happy for the apartment good location it's closer to gallery and down town and the maintenance are good only the bad is the parking lot another neighbor don't respect the place the complex don't have regulations for the parking .thanks very much

Very friendly and effective staff. i`ve been living here for quite a few years in result of how satisfied i am with this community. Management is always providing great hospitality and solutions to our needs. Thumbs Up.

Yo tengo desde el 2021 de vivir aquí en Granite Club. Me siento contento y seguro es muy tranquilo. Mona y Esther son amables ellas son atentas. Manteniendo son rápidos y amables. Buen servicio se los recomiendo.
