Nice quiet place to live. I've lived here since 2018 and never had any major issues. Follow your lease agreement and rules. I'm 62 and everything is good here no one bothers me , the residents are friendly, office and maintenance are friendly and helpful.

Pretty quite managers on property are very professional not enough parking for residents pool is down more than it is up lots of rules they try to control every aspect of your life other than that decent place to stay

I have always had a great expierence with Granite Club. Maintenance is prompt in doing any work orders I have placed. The office saff has always been consist, friendly, ensures you needs are taken care of.

It's a nice community. I've lived her before for about 3 years and decided to come back. It's quiet and the management staff Mona and Esther are always so nice and attentive. Floor plans are spacious as well.

My experience has been all good. No problems in getting things taken care and done quickly. Always having updates done when new lease is signed, waiting now. Living here has been great for me and not considering moving no time soon as long as things stay good here.

Great, respectful and helpfull people. And i am appreciate feom office staff and they are so helpfull and nice people. When aver we face with any issues about appartment and other in the complex so they have been solved that issue on time.
