Visited here while apartment hunting. It was a very good experience. I had a manager named Gabriel do a tour with me and showed me all the included facilities and amenities which I found very nice and clean! The property was enclosed and felt very secure. All around a good option I believe!

Nohemi Chaires was great in helping us with the apartment tour and was also very helpful during the application process. The apartments look pretty new and well maintained. It is accessible to anything you would want.

Leasing agent was great! Community looks beautiful. Looking forward to life in Houston in a comfortable apartment with great Amenities. I want to complete the survey but don't have the 200 characters of comments to do so

My experience living here is like any other apartments buildings with ups and downs. But in my case I can say most experience has been positives. A suggestion, working more in parcking control, there are not residents cars parked overnight.

So far the community is very quiet and the amenities are great! The location is very convenient to get to the major freeways and the tollway. Around plenty of restaurants and many options grocery stores.
