I'm very satisfied here at 88Twenty. The environment is quiet and my neighbors are respectful and kind. I also appreciate the management team for responding promptly to maintenance requests or any issues we may have. I recommend this beautiful place!

Staff is great. Apartments are nice and the decor is current. Pool area is absolutely awesome. The problem I have is that my fellow residents disrespect the property by putting trash on the ground and taking shortcuts when it comes to properly disposing of THEIR garbage.

Excellent community. Safe and friendly staff. Close to entertainment and excitement. Affordable with a diverse community living in the space. Very happy here and so are my neighbors. I have resided here for 6 years. I hope to make it another 6 years.

They have a very good location, what I need I have less than 10 minutes away, I have banks and supermarkets, the parking lot is very safe, the neighbors do not cause inconvenience or something that bothers the tranquility I am looking for after work

Its been pretty nice. The office team has always been polite and atentive to me and i enjoy where I live and i look forward to continuing my stay here. Going on 3 years. I do believe our management is working diligently to make out community more polished and safe.

Overall it's a pretty good place to live. There are nice amenities and I've never had any major issue aside from the glaringly loud fire alarms, but better safe than sorry there. The units have good appliances, nice finishings, and lots of built in storage space. The neighborhood isn't the absolute best, or the roads, but there are a lot of local food options because of the location and the apartment itself has security and is generally safe.

nice apartment nice community parking garage, court yard, pool area all perfect. inside of homes are perfect size no matter what you need they always assist right away and on time. they also have security here.
