1. total lack of maintenance other than ac 2. office lies when asked about requests. anything to keep you out of their hair. 3. we have had no hot water for a week 4. streets have huge holes 5. there are rats now in the complex 6. this is the drug pusher and prostitute's favorite hang out now that the police have run them off the street. 7. a couple of murders and gunshots are common

The good thing about this property is it is cheap.Otherwise you need to stay out.They do not have enough maintainance people so if things got broken in the apartment you might never get it fixed if you do not have time,but if you are the type that would resume at work with them at there office they might get it done after about a month<br> The compound is so dirty that you wonder the kind of people that leaves in it.People cut up the fence all the time,push the fence down and no investigations about it.Loose dogs around.<br> The management is trying but they do not enforce anything to make a change
