Some things are good, some things are so so and some things are frankly bad. We are not happy seeing our rent fee increase a lot every year since there are a lot of strangers coming to use our pool. There are some apartment owners who invite a lot of no-residents to the pool too and management is not doing anything about it. Gates and opening system are broken frequently and they take weeks to fix it.

Safe, clean, efficient maintenance, friendly management, good amenities,'resort like pool, daily security, fitness center, not loud,'Bbq pits, nice grounds, good communication, comfortable, and a Place to call home

Very quiet community. Maintenance is quick when getting requests to work on things. Leasing office doesn't seem to communicate properly. I've talked to one person in the office about something just to have another call me later about the same thing not knowing I talked to someone else already. Parking is an issue, very little visitor spaces, and if I get home after 11pm I can't find a spot near my building where I have to park on the complete opposite side of the complex. Has EV spaces, but never seen an EV in those spaces, and non compact cars parking in a compact car only area against a curb. Getting a garage is hard because they hardly ever are given up, even though a lot of the garages are left open all the time with no car ever in them. I've been waiting for a garage to open for over 6 months that I can rent and not one has opened near me.

The location is very convenient for me. Access to 59 freeway, I10, Beltway 8 and galleria is very close. It's clean and organized. You can get prices through the community portal and they have events in the summer. 2 things I dont like about this apartments, the gym and parking. Gym is small and doesn't have anything to clean after you use the equipment. Parking is very very limited even with your parking permit.

The community is well kept and management is excellent. They are constantly upgrading the complex with little details like the light fixtures, the pool, the fence etc. Maintenance responds quickly to your requests and there is always security every night patrolling the community.

The experience has been full of ups and downs. The management seems to have been very discriminatory and are very bias and picky when it comes to talking to the tenants. I personally have been talked to in a very rudely by the previous manger.

A really friendly community especially the office staff . They host really fun activities for the residents and I love how quick they are to respond to maintenance concerns .I have really enjoyed my time here so far , I work from home and it's such a bonus that it's really quiet here .

I love living here because it's a combination of beauty and tranquility. The lush landscaping and the massive oak trees are hard to find in other properties! The birds are chirping in the morning and the squirrels are running about around the trees . The pool area offers a fireplace, stainless steel barbecue pits, tables and chairs , with an adjoining covered patio with high back rockers where u can relax and listen to the waterfall . This community is very safe and has security at night. The management team is the best ! Always available for comments and any concerns you may have . They also keep the property well maintained and beautiful ! I give this property a 5 star rating !

Excellent on-site management team who are very much a part of the community. Beautiful trees, nice location and great neighbors in the complex. Good maintenance of the property. I appreciate seeing the night security guard when I come in late. I have no complaints and very glad I live here

Best residential ever. Very sound, affordable, and beautiful. Cutting edge security has to be my favorite part. The safety of my wife and kids and very important to me. I love all the privileges and perks from living here too :)
