I have lived here for a few years, and the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and helpful. It is always clean and well maintained. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone looking.

VALET TRASH SERVICES IS TERRIBLE, ALWAYS NO SERVICES, IT NOT ACCEPTABLE NO SERVICE IN BETWEEN WEEKEND, ALSO WEEKDAY TOO HANDYMAN IS HELPFUL & SWIFT SERVICE ! PLEASE TAKE MORE EFFORT ON VALET TRASH SERVICE

Great first apartment. This is my first solo living experience, and when I started looking I wanted something safe, in budget and that I would feel proud to call home for guests or whoever might visit. I had been looking at apartments for months trying to find something with my desired amenities and commute distance and eventually stumbled across Terra's website. From the tour to getting my keys (and after) Paul was very helpful, and answered all my questions, along with any other staff I encountered. I've been here for about three months now, so there's several things I just haven't experienced yet. But overall I can say I'm happy with my unit, my location and the amenities I get. It's a quiet complex, with a good location so everything I need is usually within a couple miles. And for my first apartment, it's set a good standard for how I want apartment living to be.

I got robbed at this apartment and nobody contacted me about this situation. Horrible service and I don't feel safety here.Cameras didn't worked. When I asked about video recordings they told me that not all cameras working. Like it's normal. And not even apologies.

Community well maintained. Problem if have noisy neighbors. Personnel respond professionally. Notices of events affecting the community could be sent out more promptly. Personnel work hard to ensure rules followed for peaceful coexistence

Since I've been a resident here, office staff has changed a few times. The staff there now could use some customer service as well as professionalism training as they lack the ability to answer questions about leases and the property. There is a huge lack of communication between office staff, the property manager, and upper management! No one ever answers the phones or calls tenants back when we have concerns, but they expect residents to answer every time they call us. Rent continues to go up, but there are no upgrades to the property or appliances! Office staff can be a little rude at times when you ask questions, but maybe that comes with dealing with so many residents daily. The maintenance staff are phenomenal and they get work orders completed timely. They are always extremely helpful even though there is a big language barrier.

When we first moved in, the property and management were spectacular. Staff would regularly walk the complex, checked in and said hi, and you could genuinely tell they cared. Since then there has been an entire change in management. This team is literally doing the bare minimum. Never see them out of their office, and they keep doors closed in the leasing office. It feels very unwelcoming to ever go in there which I'm sure is by design. Recently though, they've done from doing the bare minimum to micro managing everything. Knocks on your day at 9:07am from staff telling you your trash can needs to be in by 9. Passive aggressive notes left wedged in your door threatening you with fines if you don't remove patio lights even though the apartment literally right in front of us has patio lights. There is also no longer a reliable way to reach the office or request maintenance as they've done away with the really good app that was used for years. They point you to a rent cafe website that is so outdated that there's still an announcement posted about how apartment amenities are now opening up again after being closed down due to COVID. Was very happy living at Terra for 3 years and this last year has definitely made my decision to move easier.

Me establec? en este condominio por su alta calidad de vida, seguridad y organizaci?n en general. Todo cambio drasticamente despues de un a?o para mal cuando cambio la administracion. Hoy en dia se han esforzado para recuperar la confianza y seguridad pero aun falta mucho. Espero que se logre ya que me gusta vivir aqui y me parece muy buena zona.

There is a big wasp problem where i constantly have to dodge a wasp on my way home or a wasp will sneak into my home, every month the pest fees is getting higher yet the wasps keeps growing. The residents are friendly.

I enjoy living here for the most part, although I do feel as though the community feeling is going away from when I first moved here. The demographics has changed, it was more diversity. The pool has gotten out of hand with how many non residents, the music and noise level. The rent has gone up but it's not bad considering the location and bedroom/square footage.
