I have lived at Memorial Fountain for 9yrs and very satisfied. Stacy the property manager does an excellent job, the property is clean, safe and maintenance fix whatever problem I have. I highly recommend living here!

We have been living in Memorial Fountain for more than a year. Three months ago, we just renewed our lease. Our family loves here! Our daughter just start going to a great school, and we can take advantage of the great location as well. Here, it is close to City Center, Memorial City Mall, Korean Town and China Town etc. Stacy, Mike, Jackie, Lourdes, and Paciano are all so nice and sweet! They treat us like their family! If you want your kids to go to high ranking schools, and you want to live in a convenient location, Memorial Fountain is your best choice!

I have been hear for approximately 5 years and it has been a wonderful eperience. Stacy and her staff are always very attentive to our needs and are always going the extra mile for us. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I found this small (@142 units) place when serching the usual websites and running around town looking for an affordable apartment in a nice location, that was quite and family oriented. It is an older property and has its "issues" but the Staff (Stacy, Lourdes, Mike) are awesome and responsive to all requests and any problems and have always resolved above my expectations. The pool is year round and has a relaxing cascade water feature that runs 1/4 the length of the pool. I had to wait to get in here, but I am glad I did because for the money this place is worth every cent.
