I'm a new resident, have been here for less than a week. But this place is nice, easy access to I-10, Wilcrest, and Memorial dr. The management and staff are polite and helped my move be as easy as moving can get. My apartment was clean and ready to move in by the 1st of May, with no issues. The rent is affordable for the area. I work 2nd shift and get home past midnight, the place is quiet and safe, and even at those hours, parking is not an issue. I highly recommend Memorial Fountains apartments.

I had lived here and it has its down sides and good sides. What i love the most is the location and the neighborhood. Other than that, I dislike the facility. It's very old and things break off quite often, even the ceiling looks cracking, water pipes are rusted, AC system does not run properly anymore (guess cause it's too old), etc. But they do fix when anything happens. The manager is kinda rude sometimes. I mean you can tell she tries to manage being professionally nice but its too fake not to know. parking is horrible. So, in sum, advantages are good location, safe, nice neighborhood, good school district, reasonable price.

We found this apartment when searching for a nice apartment with an excellent location and great schools. We just moved! The area is beautiful, secure and very quiet, with excellent access to I-10 and Beltway 8. My kids are so happy to live here, they love the school. The unit is in excellent conditions. Stacy, Yolanda, Paciano and all the staff are so nice and friendly. Any problem is fixed it immediately or within few hours. We are really happy for live here, is just the beginning but until now has been perfect!!!

I had previously lived in some of the nearby apartments and hotels on and off for the past year, before finding Memorial Fountains in January. It's been almost 10 months since I've moved in, and I've never been happier. The staff are both friendly and professional, while also taking the time to get to know you. Any problems I've had were fixed almost immediately (usually within hours of submitting a ticket with the office)! The area is beautiful, secure, and with a great location. :)

I have lived @ Memorial Fountain for many years and enjoy my stay there. I have lived in three different apartments. Stacy is the best manager, Mike does a great job in making sure any of my maintenance requests are fixed, Yolanda & Paciano are a part of maintenance and is always friendly. The property is well kept, older but they have done a lot of upgrades with wood floors, granite counters and cabinets. It is in the best location with great schools.

I've lived here about a year, and I've known many people who have lived here for several years, and I recommend these apartments highly.

I am continually astounded by the extremely high level of professionalism and performance the management and staff provide here at Memorial Fountains. Stacy, Mike, Yolanda, Lourdes and Paciano are more like family here at Memorial Fountains. They exemplify superior service through every action and interaction. They have responded to service requests that I've had with no hesitation and have always resolved issues way above my expectations. I've enjoyed renting here for almost three outstanding years and plan to for many more years. My fiancee and I are very pleased that we've decided to make Memorial Fountains our first home together. When the time comes for mortgage payments, I'm seriously going miss the genuine and sincere staff here at Memorial Fountains. Impeccable service!

Located close to I-10 and BW8 and in one of the best school district in Houston is Memorial Fountains. If you are looking for a nice place to live this is it. You are very close to multiple parks and great entertainment and dining just around the corner. The neighborhood is very quiet and so are the tenants. I recommend this complex any day.

We've lived at Memorial Fountain 4 and 1/2 years. This place is excellent! although the construction is old, the staff work hard to keep the place in good condition. All the reparations are fixed withing 24 hs. Stacy, the manager, does an excellent work in the office and takes care of all the resident's needs. Yolanda, Paciano and all the staff make you feel at home... and is there anything that Mike can not fix? :) We are moving out to state and Stacy made our moving a smooth and pleasent experience. We are going to miss very much this place!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN FOR MADE US FEEL AT HOME! The appartments themselves are relatively dated, but the service of the staff more than makes up for any deficiency in the buildings themselves. The staff has always been amazingly responsive which is very important to me in making my housing choice.
