Terrible place to live, you don't feel secure walking on the property. the laundry room are full of roaches and smell like cat urine. the water drains system haven't been clean for years and actually they are plants growing on them. IT has been 2 months since nobody pick up the leaves and when it rains you wont be able to go out of your door specially if you live in a second floor. I honestly do not recommend this place

This apartment is suck, they offer some discount to someone for each renewal time , but not everybody , noisy and unsecured

This apartment complex is HORRIBLE. The maintanence team comes days later to fix your issue plus the up-keep for the apartment is below poor. I HATE LIVING HERE and i wouldn't recommend anyone choose to live here. The leasing office is not helpful and the entrance and exit gates are always broken. Our neighbors are noisy and the person who lives above us has a dog that barks and cries all night. Plus we weren't able to see our new apartment until the day we moved in and it was a complete disappointment. The management did not do too much to make the apartment presentable and the carpet and tile was not very clean. The apartment they show you during the tour was very nice and up to date but when you move into the apartment it is a TOTALLY different story. NO ONE SHOULD EVER CONSIDER LIVING HERE. Plus the paint job of the entire complex is a complete eye-sore. Also my boyfriend and I are very clean but we constantly have issues with roaches and it's the nastiest thing ever! We have to bomb are apartment at least every other month and it is annoying especially since we are clean individuals. We complained to the front office about it but they did nothing! The worst part is that he live on a hallway with the ugliest green carpet which looks like he hasn't been changed since the 70s. The gym equipment is so out of date and nasty! The laundry rooms are dirty and I would never wash my clothes there. The parking is horrible and the residents drive reckless and fast in the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot there are extremely large pot holes and they are always filled with nasty water. Plus since we are near the bayou it always smells like raw sewage. Also the residents over here are noisy and many of them keep there doors open to watch what others are doing!

This place wasn't so bad for the money. The Staff was good too for a bit. After years of renting I have finally seen the worst management take over. They do not care about you as a tenant even if you pay all your expenses early or on time. They change rules without telling the residents in advance. There is already a major parking issue. If you don't like walking far to your apartment then I guess sit is fine. I would suggest any other place but here. it has gone downhill terribly. The laundry rooms onsite are always breaking down. They also eat quarters regularly.

Greystar should be embarrassed by these apartments. The first day of move in my apartment reaked of curry and dying flesh. A few weeks later my roommate and I were getting random bites all over our body. Come to figure out our apartment is infested with adult fleas! We went into the rent office to complain and nothing is done. And when we complained about it the Gentlman in the office shruggs and says "Nobodies Perfect"! Wth!!! Its like playing the lottery with the washer machines. Itll take two weeks for antything to get fixed!! This is a warning to anyone who is considering moving in to these apartments !!! Dont let the all bills paid thing get you!!! These apartments aren't worth the time and money. Find somewhere that will make you happy not broke and sick all the time !!!

This place had become a dirty place with lot of criminality and criminals going in and out !Finally moved out from this dirty place . since the grey star took charge ,they first distributed flyers assuring nothing will change ! this was a big lie.Since this nasty company has been in charge of this property good staff left,good tenants left ! ,some left are under pressure and will leave. The management of the place does not care about residents safety and security at all.Stolen property,nightly fights and disturbances,threats,broken gates,broken and stolen Gym equipment,dirty property,roaches,etc.. have become the common sight ! Individuals with criminal behavior who have been identified keeping being there and going in and out !The management knows all that ,refuses to take action etc .. .They do not care about safety of tenants.

I moved here from Philadelphia in July. I got the place sight unseen because I was in a hurry and had a new job to start. It was the worst mistake I've made in 44years!. This place is like the projects in Philly! Roach and gnat infestations made me never want to furnish the place. We slept on airmattersses since we been here. I don't even want to put any plates and glasses in the cupboards because the roaches are horrible!!( shiver!!!!). I've had extermination come out several mondays in a row. Whatever they are using is really watered down because it didn't have any effect. I had to buy my own pesticide to use. For 900.00 a month I expected something a little more classy than this dump! It looks like they went thru the whole apartment with the cheapest bucket of white paint ever made and threw it everyplace. EVERYTHING IS THE SAME CHEAP WHITE!! Not only do I pay 899.00 but I also get water bills that range from 50.00 to 70.00. IN A FREAKING APARTMENT??!! I don't use the diswasher so WTF??? I lived in my house for 14yrs and NEVER paid that much for a water bill. The parking is suppose to be assigned parking. I have 2 spots because I have a 2 bedroom 2bath apartment but one night someone was parked in BOTH my spots!! I wanted to flatten their tires but my son talked me out of it...lol. When I told the management Havier and his assistant Hazel treated me like a nut case they didn't want to deal with. Something breaks and maintence does come right away but they are back next week to fix the same thing like my leaking, dripping tub, non-existing heat, or slow draining sink. This was the worst mistake of my life and a really poor representation of Houston for a outsider like myself. My lease is up in Feburary and they can keep the 150.00 deposit. I hate it here.

I have lived here a long time but i cant wait till my lease is up. I have had my tires stolen twice in the last 4 months, the gates were not closed either time. The gates are always broken. Since the new management the place has gone downhill and they do not care about your property or keeping up the complex.

Some people turned up and set up a Disco at the large pool tonight! Loud music and even disco lights. I mean seriously wth, the noise level just went through the roof from about 8:45 and a disco was booming out by 9 pm. I couldn't even here my TV. There was alcohol being drunk in the vicinity of the pool area. Where are the Security?

Not worth your time. Spend a little more money and get a prettier place. I chose to be cheap, now I have to pay the consequences. Words that come to my mind when describing this place: ------, stinky, ugly, old, prison, etc. Run away while you still can from this place. It is ok for people who have low income. If you can afford more that what they offer, go somewhere better. You won't regret it.
