I been here only 2 months. They don’t fix anything but demands rent. It’s been a month no a/c, mold in walls, roach infestation, even if your clean. Property management are super rude. Male prostitution walking up and down the street. People breaking in cars. They want to charge you for everything and don’t fix anything. This place is super rundown. They have 1000 rules and want you to buy them, but they don’t honor anything that they say you have to beg for them to come to your apartment. You put a maintenance request in the maintenance lie And use old pictures and say that they have already been to the unit and fixed what you requested but in reality they haven’t done anything, but if you go to the office and tell him how you feel then they wanna call the police and do other things. There are a lot of illegal immigrants over here so I guess since people are illegal they can just treat you any kind of way. If I can give this property a zero, I will give them a -5 star review. Do not move over here.

This place is not worth the $750 they charge. The AC has been broken for almost 2 months. Went to the office and they said it was going to be another 2 weeks. I have seen neighbors with window ac units. Never was I offered one and mind you I have my 1 year old daughter living with me. Oh they control your ac by the way so you have to call them if you want ac or heater on. But if it’s not less than 51 degrees they won’t turn on heater. Roach infested everywhere no matter how much you clean. Paint comes off bath tub which I asked to be fixed and never was. Lack communication, when they switched companies took time to say and then we pay for parking and they went on to remove all reserved parking without saying anything first. Yet they still charge the parking.

I talked to lady for reserved parking which i wrote on paper.Later I requested to change with another one due to some reason the lady was very unprofessional saying with attitude , we can not change it. Even crossed that one and did not give ,said if you dont like to take this we will not give another one. At same tim she called her manager and security. She crossed the the reserved one. I was disapointed from this.

Still have the pheo living there in 115 and they sale hell of drugs its not safe he prey on young girls keep your kids safe on woodway side that where he life with the all those dogs and he felon and not on the lease and they stole my jeep

No matter how clean you keep the unit, there will be bugs. Major appliances go out every other week and washer and dryers are never working. The worst part is that there have been at least 8 people who have died in or in front of the apartments. There is always police or ambulances at the apartments. The neighbors are LOUD AND DISGUSTING. Arguments and fighting keeping you up at night. They throw food like soups and crawfish discards out in the open. Management is terrible. They make it seem like every time an appliance breaks or if you have a complaint it is your fault. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Never live here.

I have lived here for going on two years and had to ask on multiple occasions (Including 3 request this month) to have the AC/heat in my unit fixed - nothing. I had to suffer last summer with no ac, in the winter with no heat having to warm the house with the stove. I pay 1200 dollars per month ON TIME, so I expect for my service request to be acknowledged at the least. I should not have to go to the office where their very rude employees (HEAD MANAGER) are, to complain every time something is broken. Today while there expressing my concerns about all of the issues in my apartment, I was told by the head manager that if I don't like the way run things, I can move. As a long time resident paying extra because I am out of my lease, I will happily oblige, and will be looking for a new residence ASAP. I have put in multiple request for appliances breaking and maintenance just covers the issue with a band-aid. I've even had mold growing near the air vents and the maintenance team just painted over it. They painted the bathtub and its peeling and has not been fixed. Rodents and cockroaches are a big problem and the extermination does nothing. There is always dog poop in the parking lots on the cement and it stinks! The washer/dryers never work and someone stole my clothes so I don't wash here anymore. The list goes on and on. I have no problems with the maintenance team, they are really nice people, but management is very rude!!!

Piney Point Apartments are very nice, affordable and located in a nice quiet area! Close to shopping and grocery stores. Definitely a hidden GEM!!! I would recommend these apartments to family and friends.

I have been living 8 years in Houston in a medium budget apartments, and so far this is place I like the most. Close to Westheimer and the Montrose, affordable and safe. I am really happy with the customer service. Everyone is really helpful.

I enjoy living here. I was already familiar with the area, there are so many things to do. Appartment is also really great for the budget and compared to other properties nearby. No problem so far. Pretty neat.
