The staff is really professional and I loved the move in special. If you are thinking of living around Westheimer area and your budget is not great and looking for a safe place, I would suggest this place as well.

I enjoy living here. I was already familiar with the area, there are so many things to do. Appartment is also really great for the budget and compared to other properties nearby. No problem so far. Pretty neat.

Great location and really good rates compared to the surrounding. Didn't have any issues so far besides one or two minor maintenance delays and pretty happy with my decision overall. I would suggest this place.

Rates are really affordable and the service quality is good. I haven't had any issues since I moved in and I love the area which is close to most of the places I go to. Staff is really friendly and helpful as well.

Office and leasing office was really helpful when i was moving in. Besides that, they were pretty fast to address my issues (like the one that someone else parked to my reserved space, or when washer drier units stops working) I would suggest you living there if you are considering Westheimer area.

I love the community, staff and overall living experience here. Location is great, it's Westheimer! and the neighbors i met so far are really nice. I would suggest this apartment. Previously better then same budget apartments in the area.

I am having a really good time here. Didn't have any problem last 2 years and staff is pretty responsive on my requests. The area is really good, it's Westheimer so you can find anything you want. Lots of dining, shopping options and close to the downtown and bars.

Bad management with attitude.. Staff stealing stuff from apartment.. After each visit missing stuff.. Apartment all molded.. When request service they didn't fix.. They gonna take your deposit with no reason...... Leaks from the A/C unit always

I hate the place!!! I am counting the days to the end of my lease. The maintenance department is just...i have no words. Please if you cherish your sanity stay away from the apartment. The leasing department trick people. I wasn't given the apartment I toured which was inside the property instead we got one of the very old apartment overlooking the street. The agent basically told us last minute that the actual toured apartment had been leased while she had taken the money for deposit ????. I am still trying to get over that trick BUT maintenance is the worst. They lie so much it is unbelievable. They keep saying they will send someone but be prepared to be calling for days before a soul shows up. When you call every time you have to explain the issue because they are not organized enough to get it on file the first time. Expect to be roommate with roaches and geicos!!! Unbelievable. The amenities...been there for months the gym is still not open!! I mean kind of understand that we did not tour the gym but if it there I expect to be able to use it , also I pay for since I won't bother checking but I'm sure it is listed on the website as working. The billing department is okay they are quick to let you know when you are late but they are understanding. STILL... can't wait to leave!!! We must be in a twilight zone because I can't understand the good review they are receiving. Are those paid? How is it that they are able to provide good and bad services at the same time. I must live on the neglected side of the apartment.

Nice office staff. Sandra has been helpful throughout my lease term. The office has changed hands frequently but i have always been given prompt and courteous assistance. There is security and the new office is clean and easily accessible. As with any apartment complex it is incumbent upon the residents to ensure a clean and harmonious environment. It is often the residents who allow persons to loiter, litter, and to disrupt the tranquil environment. If management is alerted, they respond in a manner befitting such a large complex. The office staff is approachable and helpful.
