I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! It had the worst customer service/ living situation the apartments are infested with roaches there are cats all around the complex building not good for anyone’s health, they do not attend to their tenants needs such as maintenance needs etc, it would take them 2weeks to fix a kitchen drawer or even a clogged drain they are always having problems with their water never no HOT WATER TO TAKE A DECENT SHOWER AND EVEN WASH DISHES PROPERLY!!!Don’t even get me started on the laundry rooms and washing machines smh it’s so sad….It’s much more I could say about this apartment complex and their customer service but you get this overall feel of it DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS AT ALL!!!! You will regret it

We have lived at Arbors for almost 2 years. First in a studio and now in a 2 bedroom apt. Krishna and staff are very professional and family oriented staff. They have always gone out of there way to help us. We may even move into a 3 bedroom here if they only had one. My children are safe here and school locations are close including bus stops. Security guards are very respectful and do there job. front office ladies are also friendly and courteous. I have very little to complain about the way Arbors is operated. Krishna is an exceptional Manager and is always looking for ways to improve tenant experience here. He has done so many times with my wife and children.

I highly appreciate new management for putting new fence, new gates system, day time security patrol, night time security patrol and cameras on all areas. I have been living at The Arbors On Westheimer Apartments since 2013 and it is very beautiful, safe, quiet, convenient, and affordable. Recently, I got my first child, and they offer me newly renovated one bedroom for $840 with new appliances and ceramic floor. They are very strict on parking rules. I have seen recently that the maintenance staff running like 911 and finishing work orders on time. I also see very friendly new leasing staff in the office very mindful of our needs and take care on time

RUN AWAY and DO NOT LOOK BACK!!! I lived here and I regretted it. Quality of this community/apartments is so abysmal, you'll be filled with regrets from day 1. Utility bills are sky high and you don't have a choice to change providers. Extremely unsafe at nights - so much that it had weekly serious crimes taking place. Security is joke (that guy) and the fencing is ineffective. The filth around the pool; around your neighborhood (homeless hang out/Dog poop everywhere); pest/bugs in your apartment are all just part of this community. Pay additional for gate pass? No thank you. Laundry machines are rarely good and if they are, they will destroy your cloths. Lastly, the people at the office - Do you think nice people would be running this place. You've been warned.

Unfortunately I am currently renting at the Arbors on Westheimer where the security is almost non existent and maintenance is slow, very slow almost laughable it's so slow. Water is always turning off for hours at a time. Sinks drains clog back flooding your apt with sewer water being pushed out through the dishwasher. We've had a tire and well thief praying on the complex for over 3 months now. They even caught the guy and let him drive away only to return later and hit more cars. They rent one bedroom apartments to families with as many as 5 kids. When I moved in there were 8 people, 4 adults, 4 children, living in the 650 square foot apt next door to me. There are more than 2 dozen 1 bedroom apartments rented to families with 3, 4, & 5 kids. Parents don't watch their kids. There are a dozen or more pre 5 year olds including a few 3 yr olds running thru the complex and thru the parking lots day and night completely unsupervised. The laundry machines are always out of order. People steel your clothes if you walk away for 5 min. Apartment manager is never available. And if,all that isn't enough we now have kids on high powered 4 wheelers flying all thru the complex and I mean all thru the complex. So I guess if you're in to all that, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a place with management and residents that respect the law, your time, your privacy, your rights, than I highly recommend you go elsewhere .

Worst place to live. They will overcharge you on utilities. You can never get a hold of anyone at the leasing office and they suck at their job

Very safe place to live (you will be towed/kicked out if you just hang around):they are very strict with the security/safety. WALMART/TARGET/RESTAURANTS/BANKS/BUSINESSES in walk-able distances. I got recently upgraded studio with new wood floor+white appliances for $600 with 50% OFF first month rent. It is very beautiful community and i feel safe as the employees are running around the day and the security guard during night hours. They have onsite maintenance staff for emergency and very quick response to any issue reported to the office.

Do not choose to stay here. It is one of the worst apartment complexes in Houston if you are African American. Management will constantly harass you about any guest that visit you in your apartment. It doesnt matter if you stay to yourself management will still harass you. They take forever to fix things or they won't fix them at all. They turn the water off without notice in the mornings so they make it difficult for you to get ready for work. They took 3 days to fix the exit gate so anyone could have came into the complex to do harm. They harass their tenants yet they do not deliver on their promises. Spend your money elsewhere if you want peace of mind. They discriminate against African Americans and watch is like hawks. That's why there are not many African American at this complex. They do not care about people only money. They will tow your car at any time of day so you have to keep an eye on your cars at all times. These apartments are expensive for all the abuse you have to endure living here. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR ANY REASON .

6 month lease. Moved in July/2015 and things were great. Appliances are old but it was perfect for a young single girl like me. It's close to a lot of stores and restaurants so the location is great. It's quiet and I never felt in danger. When I first moved in the stover didn't work so I put in an order and it was fixed the next day. 9/2015 water started coming from my floorboards so I put in a work order. No one came so I put in a work order every week. 10/2015 someone finally comes.....they didn't fix the leak but painted over the mold that formed all over my base boards and floorboards. He said that someone else would be by to fix the leak. 11/2015 I go into the office and the manager comes by my apartment and says he'll get someone in the next day to fix it. I tell him I should have money off my rent for the month since I can't go into my bathroom without shoes and have been using my inhaler constantly because of the mold. He said that another one of their apartment had a 5 alarm fire and they're sill paying rent for any days they lived there. The next day they come and pull up our tub and put holes in the bathroom walls. We got a hotel to give them space (which we had to pay for ourselves). When we got back the bathroom was still not done. They came back after the weekend was through and put the piles back but still left the holes on the walls. 12/2015 water is still leaking, bath tub is sitting on 2x4s, and there is still holes in my walls. The leak has reached my kitchen and I cannot hang out in my apartment too long without having breathing problems. So overall, if you don't run into maintenance problems then it's a great place but as far as I've learned (from talking to neighbors) every apartment has problems.
