I truly wish i had investagated this apts before i moved in the pest were horrible rats ,roaches,etc everthing is broke and rigged up the manager is horrible so unprofessinal and disrespectful i live write over the office and cant get anything fixed ive been here 2 months im almost outta here she has parking passes. If u dont give her ya money for the dumpster juice apts she dont give u tha next parkin pass color so ya car gets towed she is very childish my car was taken twice she needs to be fired nobody deserve to live in these conditions

dont waste your time living there the city of houston is always putting orange sign on te office door cause something is not of to code. the roacher and rats are bad. the management is a joke all they want is your money and half --- fix anything. the wrecker truck is always towing cars.

Wow, I have lived here just over 6 months. I have been wanting to move out ever since. They have constant septic back ups that overflow on the walkways. Hot water works every so often and at random times. Neighbors constantly blast their music, complaints to the management were pointless. Maintenance was a nightmare, they would come in to do half a job and then never come back even after you ran into them and they themselves told you they'd be there the next day- yeah right! Let me say that was when the old management was here. So about 2 months ago or less the property was bought out. Better? NOPE! Hot water still doesn't work, toilets leak, worse septic over flows than before. Now I have 3 people surrounding me that blast their music at one time. Complaints to the office are pointless-again, they are scared to say anything to them. Didn't get discount on rent I was promised to renew. I think it's actually worse than before. The receptionist is constantly on here cellphone. When you call she is quick to get off and not even ask any questions about what you need. You have to get her attention before she quickly hangs up. Ridiculous place to live. Neighbors selling drugs or smoking weed right outside their door. Really? I'm looking for another place as we speak. P.S. If you don't love dogs and cats best not to move in. Dogs are barking at all hours and I don't just mean the annoying chihuahua's, I mean BIG dogs, pit bulls, German shepards, Oh and the kids!!! There is close to at least 30 kids in a section of the apt complex at any given time. You'll find this place over run with welfare cases and children. Let this being merely a stepping stone to where you really wanna be.

I LIVED HER FOR 6 MTHS GLAD I ONLY SIGHNED A 6 MTH LEASE IN THIS CRAP HOLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TO LIVE HER THE PLACE WAS INFESTED WITH RATS ROACHES AND POSSOMS IN THE BACK PATIO LURKING IN AT UR BEDROOM IT WAS SO SCARY TO HEAR THE RATS SKREACHING AT NIGHT AND RUN PASS UR FEET AND ALSO TO HAVE THE ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER UR WALLS AND CARPET YUCK IT WAS DISGUSTING I HAD SLEPNESS NIGHT WATCHING OVER MY NEWBORN HERE I SHOULD OF BROKE MY LEASE B 4 MY SON WAS BORN TRUE NIGHTMARE PLEASE DO NOT LIVE U CAN DO BETTER NOT TO MENTION ALL THE CRIME AND BREAKING INTO CARS THAT GOES ON HERE!

I read reviews on this property after I paid 200.00 toward my first month rent. The management team there is a mother and daughter mess. There never in the office they don't answer the phone. There refusing to give me my money back no lease contract was sign no security deposit required. I have reported them to every agency there is the property looks unsafe screens on windows are worn and easy entry access. Don't live here unless it is totally out of your control. You can do better................... Update I did recieve my 200.00 back after I had to report the mother and daughter mess to Management company that owns the property. The office personnel at WoodGlen wouldn't even give me owners name,however I found it. beware!!!

The Leasing office should read that way. I lived here for 1 1/2 years. Rats (lots of rats), roaches, human feces backed up in the grass, walk ways and parking lots. My car was vandalized. There were fights and kids every where. If you are a TRUE crackhead you wouldn't mind living here, I guess. I liked the maintenance people, but the management can kiss my ***. I know you ladies stole my money....
