BED BUGS!!! LOUD DUMB --- SPANISH MUSIC ALL NIGHT!!! TRASHY --- PEOPLE.. EMBARRASSED TO SAY I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR...NEVER ANY PARKING, THESE PEOPLE LET DOGS ---- ON YOUR FRONT PORCH..IM NOT A RACIST BUT MEXICO MUST BE A TRASHY PLACE, Laundry machines are always broke!!

All I can say is ruin before you hang yourself worst place in the world to even spend the night at...roach infected and really bad poorest problem.I'm new to Houston and a friend of my boyfriend recommended its to benefit them on the rent worst mistake ever.....I could go on but the list is to long so save your money for a more decent place to live.....only lasted 2 months

im going to put it plain and simple. Parking is HORRIBLE, the property is HORRIBLE, the staff is HORRIBLE. the only good thing about this apartment is the rent. they steal money from tenants. infested with roaches and lots of other bugs. the new apartment manager Lester Hernandez is a straight ------ MONKEY. just save yourself some time and keep it moving.

This place is under horrible management and very prejudice! The manager Martha is so rude to people and gives this place a bad name. I've lived here years ago moved away to another state and came back to this manager. I moved as soon as my lease was up. Since she has been a manager here I noticed people keep moving until they can find somewhere better to live and be treated. Martha was very rude the whole time I lived there and asked for repairs or question parking. She needs to be replaced immediately or rating for this complex will continue to be horrible. Bad management and infested too. Infested with roaches and rats!

An update is needed.........I've lived here since Sept 09 and it hasn't been all that bad..... I live in a one bed room close to the gate which is Highly recommended....... if u decided to stay here request for somewhere close to the front...... the parking does suck I'm not gonna lie......lol and the office people can be rude at times that still hasn't changed....... mostly -------- community which is ok at times however on weekends your neighbors can be a little noisy....... just remember your gonna get what you pay for so if your looking for somewhere cheap until u can find somewhere nicer to stay like myself then this is the place...... I've also had a stalker problem so getting someone to be with u is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.......
