I've had the unfortunate experience of residing in what can only be described as an absolute disaster of an apartment complex. From day one, the place reeked of negligence, mismanagement, and a complete disregard for the well-being and comfort of its residents. I cannot stress enough how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with the numerous issues that plagued my time at this miserable dwelling. Let's start with the infestation of roaches that seemed to have made this complex their breeding ground. They made half-hearted attempts to address the issue, but the problem persisted. The water pressure in this place was nothing short of abysmal. It was as if the complex's plumbing system was designed to provide a mere trickle of water rather than a functional flow. Taking a decent shower or even filling a pot for cooking became an exercise in frustration. Complaints to the management fell on deaf ears, and promises of improvement were nothing more than empty words. If you value peace and quiet, this is certainly not the place for you. The walls here are paper-thin, allowing every sound from your neighbors' apartments to infiltrate yours. Sleepless nights were a regular occurrence due to the constant noise, whether it was blaring music, raucous parties, or simply the everyday conversations of the inconsiderate residents. Speaking of management, they are the epitome of incompetence. They consistently displayed a lack of professionalism, failing to address even the most basic concerns raised by residents. Maintenance requests took an eternity to be fulfilled, leaving us to suffer in deteriorating living conditions. Communication was virtually non-existent, and any attempts to voice our grievances were met with apathy or dismissive responses. It was abundantly clear that the management's priority was collecting our rent money rather than ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. To add insult to injury, the parking situation in this complex was an absolute nightmare. Despite the existence of designated visitor parking areas, the management strictly prohibited residents from utilizing them. Instead, they opted to tow vehicles without mercy, causing distress and financial burden to those unfortunate enough to unwittingly park in the wrong spot. This draconian policy reeks of greed and a complete disregard for the convenience of residents and their guests. In conclusion, my time at this apartment complex was nothing short of a living nightmare. From the infestation of roaches and woeful water pressure to the relentless noise and abysmal management, every aspect of this place fell far below the most basic standards of livability. Save yourself the anguish and frustration, and steer clear of this abhorrent establishment.

I have it 3 solid years in this complex. I can say that they set the bar for me. Almost like being in a horrible relationship. You base everything off those apartments and anything that resembles it, RUN VERY FAST! I will live check to check before I live in another apartment like this and receive this kind of service. I count down everyday til my lease is over. I have loud neighbors who disrupt my work, and my apartment complex does nothing about it. The roaches are horrible. The courage it took for me to even take a pic to show how bad they are was crazy. It was my first apartment so I learned a lot and had nothing to truly compare. If you have low standards, and willing to put up with a few things then I get it. But if it’s going to take me to pay a couple hundred dollars to live anywhere else with a peace of mind, I’ll do it! Lol no amenities you get with this place. Like it’s not even that cheap for you to deal with all the bs. I wish in some way I could figure out how to sue and not for money but to get me out my lease. I don’t recommend this place unless you just need somewhere to stay and you don’t have much options or can’t be picky. The only time I ever did a good review is because when they finally do something you’ve asked them to do 10 times they ask for you to write something nice. Lol they are a joke. I’ve had way more issues with them but then this would turn into an essay.

At first my hot water pressure was very low to the point I literally have to stand under the shower head. Now it’s not working at all. This has happened a few times already. I’m currently documenting everything! The staff doesn’t even give you a warning they’re cutting your water off! I wish I would’ve know this before I moved here!

I toured the apartments recently. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. My mom is excited to move in. We are moving from the west coast and the prices here are awesome. Cant wait to relax at the pool when we can.

This apartment complex is a joke! They are rude and uncaring towards their tenants, I truely wish I knew how they were before I moved in, they acted so friendly during the tour but once I signed the lease it was a whole different attitude from them. Also they work with a shady tow company who circles the apartment parking lot MULTIPLE TIMES a day all times of the day looking for cars to take no almost no reason. They towed my car while it was parked in a visitors spot! There were other cars parked there and I was the ONLY car towed!

Dirty and nasty apartment with rude staff. Nothing in your unit or on the property works. Roaches in pretty much every unit. Every time I call I rarely get an answer. If I do get an answer, they pretend to take down that my apartment number and name, and then hang up never to call you back again. No staff member gives a flying ---- at all. I literally got 2 FREE MONTHS OF RENT and would still break my lease in a heartbeat to move somewhere. Those 2 months were because they moved me into a dirty nasty apartment that wasn't ready. The new unit I am in isn't much better but I'm done dealing with this annoying staff. I would not stay here.

When I first moved in I was pretty excited about my unit (2Bed 2bath townhouse unit). There were some minor issues like some of the window screens didn't' shut all the way, and the shower temperature control severely needed to be looked at, and my front gate was broken, and they had painted over the co-ax cable input in the living room rendering it unusable, but I was willing to look past this. I was even willing to look past the elderly couple shot and killed down the block a few months before I moved in. I was even willing to look past the mother of three who was stabbed to death down the OTHER side of the street while I lived there. I was EVEN willing to look past when one of my neighbor's friends attacked me with a coat rack (I know it sounds weird) while I was walking my dog, just because I had a dog. I was ALSO willing to look past the fact the manager of this property is incapable of performing basic tasks I would trust even a 7 year old to do (replace with 'Artisan West')), or the vaguely worded notices pasted on our doors that trapped me into paying them an extra 1,000$ for a month I did not live there, or the letter posted on my door saying I owed them $1601 because she didn't take the time to put the . where it belongs. Even the fact no maintenance was ever sent to my apartment to look at my bathtub, and no one was ever sent to fix my gate, despite numerous trips to the office asking them to put in work orders (I have an E-mail as well) to fix these things, was enough to make me post a review. No, today I come to you to write about my security deposit. I moved pretty much all of my things out of the apartment early late March, when my lease was originally supposed to end (they posted a letter on my door saying my lease wouldn't renew, apparently it wasn't what they meant, they apologized for the miscommunication but didn't refund my 1024$). I then waited a couple of weeks to return to the apartment to clean it and return the key, as I was still paying for it, and figured it wouldn't be a big deal. Later, I returned to clean the apartment and delivered the key. I had read in the contract if the apartment isn't spotless there would be a cleaning fee, and I was prepared to pay that, as the bathtub was still a little grungy (because it didn't drain correctly because their maintenance people had poured caulk down the drain, so I left that for them to clean up), and the sinks probably could have used a scrub as well. I received a bill a month later for 80$, for cleaning fees I assumed, so I paid it and called to ask about my security deposit. They took down my new address and said it would arrive within 45-55 days or so. I said alright, awesome, thanks, and began to wait. Today, about 60 days later, I called the complex to ask for the number of the management company so I could ask where my check was. They took down my new address again (I was hoping they had just accidentally left it sitting around), and transferred me to the property manager. Immediately she began trying to gaslight me with a conversation we had never had, about how I left the apartment with a TV stand in it, a trash bag, a pizza box, ect. My TV stand, along with my 100$ ladder, had been missing since I moved out, and I had figured someone ran up and stole it from my front lawn while I was inside bringing things out during the move. I know now they entered my apartment while I was still paying for it, decided to take their status pictures then, and then threw away my furniture and stole my ladder. This was her way of saying no, we will not give you the security deposit, even though we said we would three months ago. Just another 'miscommunication' I guess. tl;dr: I've called the management company and am taking this up with them. This has been the most expensive 4 months that I've ever tried to live anywhere, and it was to live somewhere with a broken gate and shower, where I got attacked and a mother got stabbed to death down the street, only to have my furniture thrown away, my ladder stolen, and myself lied to about my security deposit.

I'm currently a resident The office staff is very unprofessional I honestly believe they are racist. Before the current virus I called the office to let them know that my fridge raider was out . No one came to fix it , now all my meat has went out . Horrible service and very unprofessional I don't recommend any one moving here
