My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 8 years and have met some amazing people here. Starting with the office and management! Katie and Seth are always there to greet you with a smile and help wherever and however they can. If they can't, they find someone who can! The maintenance guys are amazing and are usually johnny on the spot, but sometimes you may have to be patient (imagine that), because they do have lives as well. The property is well taken care of and the pools are always clean, that is a must for me personally! NEVER NEVER NEVER, have I EVER had a roach or rat issue here and that is a HIGH PRIORITY for me as well! We moved into a larger apartment almost 2 years ago and they didn't move us in until it was PERFECT for us! The location is amazing, because you want for nothing. There are so many restaurants and stores all around close. If you are looking for a home, this is the place!

Management sucks and they lie and their corporate sucks too. They’re always cutting off the water gates never work apartments get broken into issues. Don’t get resolved maintenance claims they can’t repair items. And the managers, -------------.

I am ashamed this complex all the windows need to be replaced they r paper thin you don't even need to open them for air to get in I have a decaying wooden pole that is rotten a hard wind can knock it down that particular pole holds up my neighbors porch and is very close to the stairs when I asked the slumlords to replace my windows they sent a maintenance man with a glue gun they even made me pay for my own light bulbs today I attempted to clean my bathroom only to be welcomed by Brown water that's the last straw anyone who reads this don't bother to move here all the apartments are just painted over and maybe receive new carpet most the light fixtures are also painted over they have been doing this for years you don't have to be a pro to see that these people have no respect for the property or people who live here please if you know the proper authorities report these people when my 2 year old can't sleep in her room because she will freeze that's why I'm doing this for all the other children that have to live like this fox hall is a joke and someone needs to answer for the pure neglect of this property if u can help my email address is thank you for reading this we need help.

Overall Fox Hall is a great place to stay. The only problems we've had are with witchy neighbors (and I don't mean Wiccans) and the water. The sidewalks are very uneven, low, and have big holes in them which means every time we get a moderate amount of rain you may end up wading through ankle-deep water. Seems like a disproportionate amount of crime happens in this complex.

This is the best experience I've ever had living in an apartment complex. The staff is friendly and professional. Especially Katie- she is that sweet voice that lifts your spirits on a cloudy day. The maintenance crew is hands-down the very best. They are prompt and do their utmost to keep things in working order. Read reviews of other properties and it seems that maintenance is often lazy and unresponsive. Not here. This is an older complex, but it is well-maintained. The community is quiet and peaceful. The few issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and decisively. There was a brief time that some kids were riding their bicycles between the carports. Management put a letter addressing this concern and others on everyone's door, and I'm sure they followed up with residents in question. Since then, I have not witnessed this activity. The apartments themselves do not have some modern amenities, but I know without a doubt I would be paying five hundred dollars more a month to live in another property in Memorial, especially when you factor in that Fox Hall is an all bills paid community. It is a godsend to have good air conditioning in the Houston summer heat and not be worried about an electric bill. I love the location. It's a quick drive to both the Galleria area and the I-10 corridor. Also, the other properties nearby are condominiums. This is not a row of apartment complex after apartment complex. When the weather is cooler I enjoy walking along Memorial Drive. All in all, this is a great property that deserves its mostly positive reviews.

Moved in 2014. I have just renewed for another year. Great location, close to everything. A great safe neighborhood. Peaceful friendly area. I have never had a problem with anyone here and I have never heard of any disputes. That's worth gold! The staff on site is first class and I have always been treated in a prompt courteous and very professional manner! In summer months Houston heat and humidity are an issue so reliable A/C is critical. I have not had a problem.

I lived at Fox Hall for 1.5 years. It was a nice community and a very quiet neighborhood. The management was excellent. Always fair, ready to listen, and highly responsive. They were also transparent about what was happening and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. The maintenance team was excellent. Super knowledgeable and friendly and on top of everything big and small. I was never denied any request, and it was a fantastic location. I had a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. I was surprised at how 1000 square feet could feel so spacious. The architects did a nice job of space allocation, though I admit I could have used more cabinet space in the kitchen. That said, the amount of ample closet space more than made up for that. I had a giant walk-in closet in the master bedroom, two sizeable closets in the hallway and two equally sizeable closets in the second bedroom. I also appreciated the assigned parking. I always knew who was parked beside and behind me, so while I never had a problem with anyone, it was assuring to know that I could know whom to talk to if I did. Rent was decent, but what I loved most was being able to run the A/C all day and night all summer without having to fear the electric bill, because there was no electric bill to pay. It's probably one of the only properties left that includes all your utilities and that still is safe and maintains this level of care and pride. Fox Hall is great value for money, and the people who work there are superb.

Fox Hall offered exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and most of all, excellent landlords. ~Office Staff~ Kathleen and Katie (the front office staff) are excellent at their jobs - very professional, always work to get problems resolved quickly, and even remember tenants names' (which I considered quite amazing considering that there are hundreds of apartments in the complex!). ~Price~ My apartment (1B, 1Ba) was only $1005. In Houston in general and the Memorial area in particular, this is virtually unheard of. ~Maintenance~ Whenever I had a maintenance issue, I could simply call the front office. Katie or Kathleen would put in a work order, and the maintenance staff would often fix the issue by the next day. ~Safety~ Fox Hall is a Houston Police Department Blue Light Community, meaning that Fox Hall follows specific rules (e.g. they must have a certain number of outdoor lights, all cars must have a sticker, etc.) in order to help keep the apartment complex safer. ~Noise~ The freeway noise is a bit loud, so I would say get an apartment as far from the freeway as you can!

Great price and great location!! If you want to live in a convenient, safe location for a reasonable price, Fax Hall is the way to go! Not very nice looking from the outside, but the interiors are well taken care of. The maintenance is efficient - my diswasher broke last week, in two days I had a new one in my appartment.
