Quite a beautiful place to live but admin officers should pay greater attention to annual increment which can sometimes be too high. I expect that annual increases in rents should be standard in all similar apartments

Todo bien solo que han descuidado mucho la seguridad de noche dentro del condominio antes hab?a c?maras y despu?s las quitaron y dejaron de funcionar, se necesita custodios de noche incluyendo fin de semana

The apartments is okay , but it seems like we have to pay for almost anything even the most basic things when we already pay so much in rent. My ceiling caved in and we never had gotten an explanation on why it did.

Community is great. Lots of families, quiet, and the staff are very responsive to residents' needs. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive but great place to live. There are activities also.

Riveraine is good apartments to live in. The staff are friendly and maintenance respond to issues occurring and resolve them in a timely manner. The community itself is friendly and welcoming. Great overall.

Lo que es el d?a es tranquilo pero parqueas tu auto muy bien y luego al rato sales en el y est? rayado y nadie sabe ni tienes como ver como sucede me robaron los rines y nada nadie dijo nada xq como no hay c?maras no te pueden dar una respuesta consistente y no as? no se puede

The community is great, the staff and maintenance department are very knowledgeable. There is relatively safe environment here at Riveraine Apartments, and I have recommended it to my family and friends. I have only one concerned and which is I am given at least a 24 hour notice prior to entering the apartment unit. Thanks.

It was quiet at first but then became noisy. My car has been vandalized and even wrongly towed. The access to everything is fine. Public transit places gyms are very nearby. That is why I still remain here.

The community is far better than any other apartments around the area so for this very reason I give it a higher rating. It's safe enough to walk around pets without an issue of other people having unleashed pets. There are no stray dogs wondering the property and the landscaping is the best for the location of the property.
