No comment except service good but rent very high compared to comparable. It's ridiculous to have to fill up 200 characters to get this done. It puts me off taking the survey at all. So I'll just type etc...

I have lived in more than 5 apartment communities and Sunblossom Cottages is my favorite. Friendly office staff and an amazing maintenance team. The employees genuinely care about their community. The property is gorgeous and well kept.

It is truly a beautiful and pleasant place to live, the office staff is very friendly. Any complaints are resolved with courtesy. It would be better if some of the amenities could be changed and given new ones.

I've lived here for 7 years now and have never had a serious issue being here. The location is great and the community is good. I've been very happy here and do not see myself relocating any time soon.

Very good and recommend the staff and property I love it here very much. Besides having to be required to do 200 characters minimum in order to finish this review. I am pleased with living here thank you

I like this community and the management. No issues there. The only problem I have is the rental insurance costs that are added to the rent. Even I already paid for my own rental insurance! U don't pay fixed rent here. In addition to the base rent, you would be paying anywhere close $25-$100. I'm kind of unhappy with that, Apart from that, the location and the apartment, maintenance etc.. everything is great.

I always get a response quickly from Hindy when I reach out which I greatly appreciate. Alongside management, the actual buildings and apartments themselves are beautiful. All are unique but contain the same charm and appeal. It has been an amazing place to live so far and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
