I have been witness to marijuana smoking by neighbors and harassed since I moved in 4 months ago. My sleep is being disturbed and I have to get up at 5:30 to go to work. These are violations of the lease and they should be asked to move out or be evicted.

Tree limbs fell on a car in the parking lot 8/15/2021 and the apt mgmt said there is nothing they can do for the resident. Huh? Residents have to buy insurance to protect the apt company. Why doesn't the apt company protect the residents and reimburse the man with the car damage. Now I worry about my can.

I wish all the office women would wear face masks all the time in this pandemic. I wish the manager would walk the sidewalks to see what needs cleaning. One problem has been there for four days already. I wish the swimming pool were open. Some residents NEED the exercise that simply walking in a pool would give. The swimming pool should be open by now.

Move in was a nightmare. I paid in advance to avoid issues and for two weeks could not move in due to pest issues and lack of cleaning. The office team is unresponsive and the upkeep dismal. Trash is often dumped on floor next to dumpster. Dilapidated vehicles commandeered the available visitor parking which is dismal to begin with. Gates are sagging and falling down. Mailboxes look like they have been broken into. Dog poo along the sidewalks because no one is actively policing the pet owners. Trash sitting outside in piles for weeks. It is an embarrassment to see. For a long time the exit gate was wide open so our secure entrances were compromised. I do not think anyone walks the property to inspect it. If i had an inkling of any of these would have gone elsewhere. Not a great place to live.

Don't waste your money or your time here....office staff continuously changes work orders do not get worked and when they get new office staff they are always rude and not helpful at all myself and residents have complained about a breed restricted dog locked on the patio not being tended to this has been over 3 months and corporate has come out and advised that this was a breed restricted animal but it barks all day and all night which makes it impossible to rest anytime whether day or night. When reporting this office staff does nothing but tells you to contact the dog pound or the animal shelter even though this matter is to be handle by the front office. Those residents that have dogs that are within the breeds for the apartments walk their dogs and from your door step until the parking lot you will step in feces because the owners allow their dog to use the restroom anywhere so be careful it could be by your patio area and you don't even have a dog. The grounds stay dirty the entrance and exit gate has been broken since December 2019. You know there's roaches right I have been waiting on a exterminator to come for over 3 weeks all they say is your name is on the list work orders either you have to wait over 2-3 months for anything to be fixed or it wont get fixed at all those are your options. Think twice before getting in a contract with this complex the best thing about this place is that Walmart is walking distance other than that don't waste your time!!!!!!

Just to inform you I don't know if it's out of retaliation but your staff has been rude and vulgar towards me I have been living here for 2 weeks and make ready has yet to fix any issues Melissa is not professional and does not need the position or find a new profession. I'm very educated she wants to file eviction on me because who wants to pay rent when there is sewer water coming out the kitchen sink....she raised her voice at me in which I found very unprofessional... Any questions please call me at ... FYI they overcharging and pocketing money..My sink overflowed with sewer water and they took their time to resolve this matter nothing is upgraded but the stove, dishwasher and refrigerator entire apartment is botched and not worth the amount they are requesting if I would have seen the apartment I would have turned it down it's not worth it -sincerely #701
