We moved here July 15th and it has been the worst experience ever..bugs bugs and more bugs infestation...under the staircase stinks..they said they fixed the problem but the smell came up more...they did not clean the back yard before we moved in...even now it has not been done..i personally as a woman started to take out the weeds but had to stop because of wasp nest on the fence.. ..The AC unit for the apartment is old and very rusty and is way too small to cool down the entire place...they said its ok but its not..it needs a larger and a new unit.. theres a drainage infront my apartment that needs to be covered because flies fly from it and fly straight into the apartment as soon as the door is opened...The back door was basically broken up at the bottom before we moved in...i told them that I wanted it to be changed...but it never was..its was only 2 days ago maintainance came and put a piece of metal on the bottom of it...the door was not changed...this place is a nightmare and I'm sorry i moved here...tell them that I'm moving out and they are telling me that i will have to pay 2 months early termination fee..This is a living nightmare..

If you are looking for a safe and quiet home environment, then look no further!!! The Crossings at Jackson Square will end your search. Miss Crystal and her staff are very professional and helpful. The property is neat and tidy and whenever I need something in my unit attended to, its done timely and efficiently. I actually trust the maintenance team to enter my home and leave it in a condition better than they enter. My only complaint is that I wish I would have found this space sooner than I did. I absolutely love the staff and the complex.

Been here 2mo and so far so good. Nice and quiet. Wish there was more parking fir visitors. Office staff ......well thats different. The girls are nice. But rest...hmmm? Could use help. Maintenance get to the problem quick.

I am very satisfied with the new renovations I received. I am enjoying my new carpet. The color looks great with my accent wall. The new fireplace is fabulous. The tile coordinates well with the carpet. My place isn't just a unit, it's home!!!

I have been here over 9 months; and i Love it. My daughter Elementary school is in walking distance..and there are two swimming pools in the Complex. We love to swim in the summertime! Also whenever there Sis a maintenance request..the Workers come right over and fic the issue...No complia at all. The office manager is sweet as pie.Ms. Marquete is so easy to work with and she will help you resolve any issues you may have with your apartment needs. MS. CHASSION

I moved in with my family 2 years ago. We haven't had any problems living here, the ladies in the front are awesome as well. They are very helpful when it comes to any questions about rent or maintenance. I have not had any issues living here. Would tell friends about this place.

Have only been living here for a couple of weeks... So far the office staff have been absolutely excellent. Maintenance request(s) have been fulfilled fast. The community is small & quiet. The grounds are kept clean. The townhome is spacious with lots of storage space.

Could use updated appliances and more frequent carpet changes. For the price they could do better for the residents. There seems to be a lot of water issues in this section as well. Otherwise everything is nice here at this apartment complex.

Absolutely love Jackson Square at the crossings the staff the management Chrystal Lacarte are amazing. The environment is suitable for friends and family it is quiet a quiet community, and the staff is professional and Maintence is efficient.

I have been here since May and i am very pleased thus far with my stay. I have had no issues with noise or bad neighbors. Everybody stays to their selves. Crystal is great!!! She was very helpful the minute i moved here. The whole entire stafff is wonderful .
