I've lived in this community for a year now, and just upped my lease for another 6 months. The main things I look for in an apartment complex are safety, cleanliness and community. This apartment complex feels relatively safe. I've heard of very few safety related incidents occurring here, and any safety complain I've ever made has been handled as soon as possible. Aside from safety, I feel like the staff here takes any comments they receive from the community seriously, and does what they can to make residents happy. The staff has always shown me a great deal of respect as a tenant, which is something I really appreciate. The interior of the apartments have been recently renovated, so most of the fixtures are new and everything is very clean. Also, before I moved in, the carpet was either replaced or professionally cleaned, so it was also extremely clean. The grounds are also kept tidy, and I rarely see any litter, and any misc trash gets picked up fairly quickly. Lastly, the community here has been great. I don't typically get into community activities, but the neighbors here, for the most part, are polite and courteous. Most people are friendly and mainly mind their own business. That's not to say everyone is perfect, but for the most part, people tend to basically respect their neighbors.

This place looks good, but is poorly maintained and notices are never sent out to residences for things like:water is off or no hot water due to (maintenance), pool is closed, etc. Gates are meaninglessness since they are always open so there's a lack of security. With a car jacking, shooting and killing at an apartment down the street 1/4 mile away, not cool. Good luck getting anything fixed properly. They bandaid everything. Bug spray guys miss apartments, holes in the sides of buildings. Missing rent checks, lost paperwork, lost service requests, you name it. This place will give you gray hairs. Find a nicer place.

I must say.... The saying " you get what you pay for" definitely doesn't apply at this community!! They're very low rates for such huge square footages!! I'm in a townhouse with my roommate and I love my home! I'm also in the industry so customer service is definitely a priority and I'm glad to be a part of this community where the office staff makes me not just like I'm at home but also make me feel like if I'm a guest at a 5 star hotel. They remember who I am. They make a conversation every time I go into the office and always smiles and waves at me when they see me within the community. Im young and get home at odd hours of the night and day. I can honestly say I feel comfortable and safe being able to walk from the parking lot to my home and any time of the night. In a year I've only had to put in one service request and that was to replace my ac filter. Seems like the light bulbs are magic lol not one has gone out. Moral of this review I love my apt and love the office team.

Theresa Cain, Kimberly Morris and Karen Rojas are excellent! They the best leasing team I have ever had the privilege to rent from. They are thoughtful personable and go above and beyond their call of duty... I am so blessed to have transitioned to this Abbey from another. I love my apt I love everything about it.... they run this ship very well. Awesome team and the best customer service I have ever met... kindness goes along way...

This year i am renewing my lease once again, this place has been amazing. Teresa is definitely a rockstar, she always has a smile on her face and a pep in her step and that attitude definitely reflects on her staff, these girls here are so sweet, helpful, and genuine. It feels so great to experience such genuine kindness from them. During my time here this crew has become like family to me and i cant picture myself living anywhere else.

I know Alma I live in these apartments for 2 years. I just re-sign my lease because of her she was so nice and she did alot of the work orders that the other people in the office promised but never fix nothing. I don't like the parking but it's a good place to live.

Worst leasing office I seen it take almost month and still my stair case light and restroom fan dose not fix, and the manager assistance ( ALMA)is worse bad attitude with all residence when I told the manger (VEST) about that she said she can t fire hair I don t. I will not recommend this apartment for anyone its worsted management and old building fill of rouges.

I am contacting the City of Houston so they can come do an inspection. I've had a roach infestation for the past month and pest control came (also took 3 weeks to come) and said there is issues with "sealing" needing done, which I spoke to the MANAGER, and it has been a week and they have done nothing. Other than the fact that the apartment is filled with cracks and terrible foundation, which, how I said before, not sure it's normal, but it's not to me, and I've never lived in an apartment with these kind of issues. TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

We have lived here for almost 3 years now. Just had new people move in upstairs and they run around an stomp when I said something nicely to them they were rude. So I went to the office to complain about the noise and trash they keep throwing down on my patio. They said they would do something about it and still have done nothing. My family can not wait to get the house we are waiting on to get away from here. Even the Kids around here are rude. My son (9) was jumped by a kid on the play ground. We were also robbed. All the walk in gates are broken so anyone can walk in and the drive way gates are always open
