Advertisement they put on Apartment.com is not real, I rented a TH 3Bed and 3 Bathroom unit and it is mentioned that it has washer and dryer in unit, when I made my contract they said it is not availabel (only hook-up connection). now I have to rent it or to buy. what a shame.

Okay, so I've been searching for my dream apt and I have to say 7979 has pretty much everything that I am looking for. I notice that there are a lot of comments about water shortages and issues with the apartments, but what older apartment complex doesn't have those issues? I thoroughly enjoyed my tours and loved how the apartments come with washer and dryer connections. I have looked at 7979 several times in the last year, and yeah the price may have gone up quite a bit, but once you see the changes they have done you can see why. I toured three times before, twice with Christy and recently again, (don't remember the ladies name, but had gorgeous blonde high lights!). Both ladies were so professional and knowledgeable about everything. There was not one question they could not answer. I am still shopping around (since I'm not looking to move for the next 5 months) but will definitely keep 7979 in mind. The location is perfect, i like how it is a gated community, the office is professional and the grounds are kept so clean and are super quiet. Loved this place and hope to call it my new home once my contract finishes.

Clearly the person who made the last review is a leasing agent.H ow can you praise an apartment that much 5 months befors moving in .Please dont be decieved by this leasing agents.
