I moved in about just one week I registered my car and my car still got towed last night 09/11/2023. When I call the leasing office they said I should go around to look for vacant parking spot whereas 90% of the parking spots are reserved this is not honest at all .Moreover we have a lot of roaches and the other day I saw a mouse in my closet. I place a work order but until now more than 96hours no answer. Some holes in the closet... I will not recommend that place to anyone.

this place is so dirty, bathtub is broken, bugs EVERYWHERE, kitchen is not sanitary, and very very old. Never move here. The outside is ok, but my roof is completely broken down. The bed is also very old and gross. please look for a new apartment.

I currently live in the 7979 Westheimer Apartments Homes in Houston. The towing company tried to tow my car(with handicap parking tag) last night(06.13.2021) and also I have the tenant parking sticker on the car. After we stopped them and getting my car back, they came back after midnight. And they stabbed the two wheels of my other car. When I realized the flat tires I talked to the security guy. But He said there is no security camera in this property. This was not the first issue that we had. Before this time our some stuffs like bicycle, table, etc. had stolen from our apartment. As soon as my contract end, I AM GOING TO LEAVE THE PLACE. I will never ever recommend anyone to live here for safety purposes.

Experience so far very bad and I’ve only been here for a week. Roaches! Bugs! Insects! Apartment old and not clean at all! They take time to fix ur problems that is if they get it fixed! Unfortunately I had no choice or time to look somewhere else or else this wouldnt be an option of mine

This is by far the worst place I've ever lived in. This is why: 1- the gate sucks, there's always tons of people waiting on you to open 2- Parking sucks, My car got towed twice. The Diablo tow trucking company has a contract with the apartments where they will toe the car even if it has a parking permit. Its like a mafia and you cant do anything about it. most of the parking spots are taken, reserved, and you be lucky if you find a spot! To reserve a spot you need to pay an extra $25 a month and it's not close to your apartment. If you have a visitor visiting his car will most definitely get towed since there are no visitor spots. Also the parking lot has too many cracks and bumps with a lot of trash. 3- These apartments are very unsafe. I had a break in on 05/24/2018. There's a growing homeles community right next to apartments. In January someone stole 4 new tires and rims of a brand new car and the next day the car was sitting on four bricks. 4- The inside designed in a way that you can smell the food of your neighbor 24/7, you can hear them talking and farting in their bathroom. Apartments are too close to each other, very annoyingly smelly and dirty. 5- Maintenance: good luck getting something fixed. They keep delaying and ignoring you, be very rude, basically treat you like you begging for money, and when they decide to fix it, they don't do it right. Cockroaches everywhere, in the kitchen, and flying once, wasps (alot), rats, and all kind of bugs. 6- Rent: is NOT cheap, and after the first contract they raise it about $90 to $130 a month. 7- Gym is a joke, a couple of broken machines and rusty weights. The pool is dirty, and always crowded with all kind of people. * Advise: Don't even think about living here!!

The service is horrible, they just cut water for Hours without any prior notice that too on weekends and their emergency support especially Samantha is really rude and rough. There is always either water, drainage or power issues!!! So i don't recommend this to anyone. I have been a resident here for a long time n am now looking to break my lease.

The kids would ride their bikes next to your apartment door, wake you up from a nap, scratch your car and much worse. They hunk their horns at least 10 times a day in the apartment. I still live in this Community and its the worst management I have ever seen. Wouldn't suggest this apartment even to my enemies. Not safe: My apartment has been broke twice in a month and took all my things You ll find beer cases near your car. No matter how many times you raise

I lived in 7979 apattments for a year , its really good , the people and the services are great its very safe place to live in , that staff are just awesome and freindly , specially jessy and maria coz i always talk to them if i have any issue and others too
