I have lived here for about 4 years I like my apartment dont plan on moving anytime soon love the office staff there very nice. Everytime I make a request it gets done. The property stays well cleaned There actually the best property ive seen down corporate street yuck have you seen any of the other community's compared to the lodge!!!!!!!!!! they have security also which is awesome.

12/18/2012 I have lived here for about 6 months and these apartments are the worst ones I have ever lived in. Between the terrible infestation of ROACHES and CATS, I dont know how anyone can live here. The LIGHTS in Building #4,#5, have been out since 10/2012 and I have been asking for someone to fix LIGHTING since 11/22/2012. Management always says that the problem has been solve as recently as 12/17/2012, but still NO LIGHTS!!! Its the HOLIDAYZ and I get approached by strangers/ hear voices in the DARK, but NO ONE IN THE DAMN OFFICE CARES ABOUT THE RESIDENCE SAFETY. Every time I call to speak to someone about this matter, it seems that AN ATTITUDE OCCURS from Managment when I VOICE MY CONCERNS ABOUT EVERY ONES SAFETY, NOT JUST MINE!!! But if a chair or regular things that can be on a patio, yout threatening to charge extra, but cant get SAFETY ISSUES ACKNOWLEDGED FROM THEM!!!

This complex is horrible (DON'T MOVE HERE)!!!!!!!!!!! I have only been here for almost three months and it is bad. Roaches are out of control, the stray dogs and cats on the property is bad. The complex is not only infested with roaches but also with bats! The parking is awful and not to mention the windows in the apartments are practically hollow, because you can here the drop of a penny outside your apartment. The walls are not insulated at all because you can hear everything and I mean everything in your neighbors apartment. It's so bad that I can tell my neighbors everything they talked about word for word. O and did I mention the ROACH INFESTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! I regret moving here and will pay my lease out to move. Glad I only signed a 6 month lease.

Moved in not too long ago and was expecting for some of these reviews to be accurate. I am a single parent and needed to find somewhere that looked safe and had a great move in specail. The lodge is fully gated and is the nicest on the block by far. I found most of the reviews on here to be very exagerated and management to be very helpful. From my experience in the business i found out how people could get really ugly things on here if they owed the management some cash for rent and things didnt go their way. I moved in 10-1-2012 and so far im enjoying my stay. Lady bug

i have been here one month and i absolutely hate it! i never listened to these review because i though that maybe their fake. bt i have actually expericened it and its exactly what everyone says. the people that work in the office are so disfunctional and unorganized it makes no sense. Roaches, spiders, more roaches, more spiders. they have plenty of stray animals roaming around. the managment are slow at fixing things and when thy do come to try an fix something they dont solve the problem just push you to the side. if your okay with these things than this is the place for you. listen to these review 80% of them are legit. i think what this complex needs is to evacuate everyone and do a multi-billion dollar renovation! this is just sad snd rediculous. makes you not want to come home.
