I'm not sure whats going on in the office but I highly doubt things are orginzed , I honestly can say the only thing good about this place is the stores are right there and my job is walking distance . I hardly see any thing get fixed , there is absolutely no peace around here its like a party going on every night up until 2am , every time I'm on my way to work I take my trash out and I always see lots of stray cats and disgusting trash on the ground . I have pictures but I have to get to a computer and they will be up soon. I can only pray for peace where I lay my head every night and I hope someone can request new management around here . Once I pay my rent the office seems to forget anything else I've ask for assistance with .

Where to begin?? *One of the burners on the stove didn't work. *It took literally an hour and a half for the tub to get full because only a little water came out. *Most of the sockets did not work. *The water bill was ridiculous. Most of the tenants have washer and dryer connections and you know the water bill is split between tenants. So you have to pay water, trash, and gas which equals out to about 80 extra dollars seriously. *I called the office plenty of times to complain and nothing got done. My sink got stopped up and I called the office to report it and the lady said she would right myname down if it wasn't for the maintenance people going to my neighbors house and me tellin them to come look at it they would of never known. The man came and took my sink apart and put a bucket under the sink. He said he would be back the next day and he never came that was a wednesday. I called the office to complain because the water was so funky that it had the house stinking and I had to keep emptying the bucket The lady said they would not be able to do anything until the following Monday Monday came NO SHOW. The rest of the week passes NO SHOW. Monday comes again NO SHOW. I just broke my lease on the 3rd because I couldn't take it anymore.

Saw all the negative reviews and thought I'd still give them a chance. But prospective residents, to save yourself the trouble... Wow, we didn't even live here and I have to write a negative review. We went there the day after Thanksgiving to see an apartment we had reserved out of town (mistake!). She said she couldn't show us the apartment that day and as I recall didn't tell us when she WOULD be able to show it to us. She was insistent that we re-fill out an application that had already been faxed...which would have been okay except for other rudeness. She told us we weren't getting money back ($40 app. fee plus about $99 other fee). When I asked if it was $700 to have cats, she said, "I don't know who told you that. It's $350." I said, "We have 2." She couldn't tell me if I'd be charged for the 2nd. I finally said to please call when she knew. That was around noon Friday and we have heard nothing since (it's Monday). The leasing office was less than impressive looking, but even worse was having a consultant/ manager come in in a sloppy jeans/ T-shirt that didn't reach the top of the jeans outfit. She could not have cared less about helping us. I'm guessing that their people do NOT work on commission. And apparently they rely on lost administrative/ reservation fees to cover some costs. I will be contacting corporate about that, however. Unfortunately, we will have to go up $200 to get a 2x2 that is decent and AVAILABLE. But we do what we have to do. (Haven't found anything in $700s or a "mid" range that was available and worked.) Sometimes the exorbitant pet fees make it more worthwhile to just get a more expensive place that charges less for cats. Well, anyway, go by if you like...I would NOT advise bothering with them long-distance, though!

I've been living there about two months and I can guarentee you is that all they are saying is true! The staff at the front desk are rude, nothing ever gets fixed no matter how you put it to them. They act like you are living there for free and are suppose to accomodate to their needs not their to ours. I pay my rent one week in advance in hopes that they will see i am a good tenant but not even that helps. ALL of us here are getting fed up and don't know who to turn to. Nothing works, burners, my fridge, which i have to buy food all the time cause it goes rotten and some tried to get in, my window is broken since i live on the 1st level but still has not been fixed. I have tried to no avail to have them come fix stuff at my place. I am so sorry that I even chose this place to live in. its a HUGE dissapointment!!! i don't recommend anyone to come live at The Lodge.

I don't know where to start. I've been here for three hellish months. The staff is rude, ignorant and incompetent. Nothing works. I literally call ever day to have things fixed and it never happens. The model apartment they showed me was really nice. What I got looked like a crack den. Only one burner on my stove works. The oven and dishwasher don't work at all. I pay the complex a monthly fee to rent their washer and dryer, and they don't work either. Most of my sockets are dead, my bathtub is horribly stained, and the place is crawling with roaches. No matter how much I spray, it does no good. Every time I call management about my issues, they say the same thing. "We'll write up a work order". They must write it up and drop it into the trash because nothing gets fixed. The one time maintenance did come to my place, the guy couldn't figure out how to fix my dishwasher. He said "I'll be right back." That was two months ago. I hate it here!!! Every member of management is lazy and stupid. And every weekend I get to watch as my neighbors get drunk and assault each other. The people across from me have about 12 people living in a one bedroom apartment and they throw all their trash into the patch of grass next to my front door. I can't believe I'm paying to live like this.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! You get what you pay for. My rent is 600$ but after they add up the gas, water, and trash it's almost 800$. This is a hell hole. The crime rate is high some teens robbed an elerly man about 2 weeks ago. The property is infested with roaches, bats, and bed bugs. The management team is seriously rude and they quick to file evictions.

Don't move here. The worst office staff and management. They don't care about tenants rights or the law period. I have lived here two months and have yet ti gain access to my mailbox. I have been told numerous times check back th they next day or WEEK to see if the lock has been changed.
