DO NOT rent, inquire or move here! These apartments are a mess. A building catches fire every other month. Management swears that they will fix things and DONT. Months I've complained about my ceiling leaking, paint peeling off the walls, mildew and NOTHING has been fixed! They are quick to put a complaint and charge extra fees but not fix or own up to their mistakes. I have all my proof and all my documentation showing how long I've lived with a ripped leaky ceiling and more issues. If you pay rent shouldn't you be able to live comfortably in the apartment? Well not here.

These are apartments ARE A DISGRACE TO ALL OTHER APT. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE MAINLY PEARLA AND DANA HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEY PAYING RENTERS AND ARE RUDE AS HELL. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. TAKES ON AVG. 2MONTHS TO GET STUFF DONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMNED THESE APTS TO ANYONE . ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS. MY KITCHEN HAD MOLE AND MILDEW UNDER IT. THEY ONLY CAME TO FIX LIKE TODAY (8/15/17) ,BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO SUE... EVEN STILL THE SINK IS STILL LEAKING,CNT WAIT TO LEASE IS UP. I AM MOVING FAR FAR FAAAAAAAAAR AWAY FRM THIS DUMP.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Everything they do is a scam to get more money from you. There is a roach, bat,rat bedbug,wasp,silverfish and ant infestation here like you would never imagine. Requesting for maintenance or anything for that matter is a waste of time... They could spend an entire work day at your apartment and the only changes would be missing property. YES THEY DO STEAL..They waste paper sending out the same basic tow policy which they don't even follow but they don't give a notice for major construction, electrical work or plumbing.... That information you're expected to be a psychic on. They'll raise the utility bill just to do basic up keep of the grounds and apartments which is already included in the lease contract for rent.They claim to have security of an off duty hpd police officer that patrols the grounds but I have yet to see him once but I have noticed the damage from cars being broke into apartments being broke into the silence of the night being broke into from gun fire and most definitely the lack of respect, responsibility, and any kind of peace of mind from the manager/office one ounce of empathy for any residence who's neglected in their care. It is a resounding HELL NO to moving in or near The 7825 Lodge Apartments on Corporate and Beechnut.HELL ON EARTH!!!

Ive been living here since 2015 my first apartment had bedbugs they never did anything about they move me to a new apartment that has rats they caught 3 rats in one night they guy only came and picked up 2 up the dead rats so I took the 3red dead rat on the trap to the office myself and was ask i did i dont that I saw another rat run in my closet this morning I just want to move out ASAP I have pictures of everything thing ie reported to the office I even have text messages for the Bobby in my phone about getting thing done.........DONT MOVE HERE

The worst place on earth to live. Prepare to lose your peace, your dignity, your money, and even your family when you demand for respect of your rights as a tenant and your rights are violated vilely. There is no rules, management are disrespectful and arrogant. Living on the street is more dignified and safer than that dump full of cockroaches.

The management team was so helpful and i loved the set up for the 1 bedroom and study so much, Im moving in on March 5 2016 and couldnt of ask for a nicer staff.

Management team at this location is HORRIBLE!!!! Just had the worst experience with A guy name Bobby and I will never refer anyone to this complex.

DON'T MOVE HERE DON'T MOVE HERE THIS PLACE IS FULL OF ---- THEY DON'T FIX ---- THEY HAVE BED BUGS I HAVE TOLD THEM EVERYDAY ABOUT THE ISSUE THEY DON'T CARE BUT THE MINUTE YOU'RE LATE ON YOUR RENT THEY ARE AT YOUR DOOR THE WATER BILL IS LIKE 200 DOLLARS MY RENT IS 720 BUT I'M ALWAYS PAYING 1000 A MONTH TRASH IS EVERY WHERE THE STAFF SUCKS

I am living in the apartment and feel really really sad right now. I really it is not a wise choice if you have something need to be fixed. If you try to contact to the office, the only thing they will response you is " I will put this on the list". But nothing will happen. The maintenance guy was great. He helped a lot. Unfortunately, he quit his job since he seems the only professional guy work for this apartment, and the apartment seems have too many problem to be done. The roaches are everywhere, it is really difficult to kill them. I moved here since the beginning of July, but didn't get the key to mail box yet. I have my check and everything in the mail box, and the officer always tell me the same thing" I will change the lock, and will give you the key later". I would't recommend anyone to live here. If you want to find a hell, then it is a right place.

WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is the WORST place to live.. It's loud as hell. They have roaches and mice in EVERY building.. The staff is rude as ---- and the manager Vivian doesn't give a ----! Now when you first get to the location.. The staff is nice, the show apartment in nice and everything is great.. But..... Once you sign those papers, the hell begins! All they care about is money, that's why everything you pay for is "NONREFUNDABLE" (even the deposit) Every week there is a building without hot water. My building was without hot water for 8 days. Residents complained and complained everyday. I had to get a hotel for my son and I for 5 days just to take hot showers. This place doesn't care about the people who live here. People break into Apartments and cars like EVERY WEEKEND! It doesn't matter what floor you live on, what kind of car you have; old or new, they will find a way to get something. People party like EVERY NIGHT! Monday - Sunday! It's a shame!!! I lived here for 2 months and one day I just got all my son and I things and we left. Yup I broke my lease! I would rather have bad credit than for my son to live in that type of environment. Once again DO NOT MOVE INTO "THE LODGE APARTMENTS" on Corporate off Beechnut
