Unfair Towing Incidents - Urgent Attention Needed Dear Bateswood Manor Workers, I hope this message reaches you with an understanding of the frustration and disappointment we are currently experiencing as long-term residents of [Apartment Complex Name]. Having lived here for over 17 years, we have never encountered such distressing situations. On Friday, January 5th, my brother's car was inexplicably towed, and despite promptly settling the matter, we faced a recurrence on Wednesday, January 10th, when my mother's car was towed from her designated covered parking spot. Notably, her vehicle is fully compliant with all registration, insurance, and licensing requirements. The involvement of LC Towing, particularly the incident with the driver Bryan Miller (TDLR #15759), has left us bewildered. It appears that these actions are arbitrary and lack consistency, as we have observed other vehicles in the parking lot without proper documentation remaining untouched. While we appreciate the refund for the erroneous towing incidents, the lack of uniformity in enforcing parking regulations raises concerns. We have photographic evidence with dates clearly indicating the disparate treatment of vehicles. We believe in the principles of fairness and equity and trust that [Apartment Complex Name] upholds these values. We request an immediate investigation into these incidents and a comprehensive review of the towing procedures to ensure consistency. I was shown a nice unit very spacious and cozy.. loved the floors and the way it was laid out.. the kitchen was my favorite part.. the countertops were really nice.. close to my job and within my budget

DO NOT LIVE HERE ! I’ve been seeing rats running around my town home for months the office changes staffs every 2 months , they do not care about anything the apartments/townhomes are not updated small kitchens and bathrooms the bedrooms size is ok. Save yourself the headache

It was a breeze getting in.. Darryl helped me and was very polite and caring! He understood what I needed and made sure he took care of it in a timely fashion!! He was very prompt and resourceful when it came to paper work! The Apts are very nice and quite! Very clean and I absolutely love it!!

Over all it was a nice community. I would refer it to family and friends. It is close to I10 and is in a good school district. They have 4 properties that they manage and it was a pleasant experience.

I have lived here for just over 9 years and have seen a miserable decline in this property. The new management is rude, underdressed, and unprofessional. They changed water companies without letting anyone know and it increased rent by more than $50 on a one-bedroom, now they want to charge for parking that used to be free. Crime is increasing. It takes weeks to get work orders done and you have to ask multiple times. Half the washers and dryers don't work. These people are borderline criminals. They just don't care!

Been here for 9 years. Service was great in the beginning. This year had been the worst though. There was a leak at the patio door in the living room in early July of this year. They got it "fixed" about two weeks later. What comes after a leak for two weeks? Mold started forming where the leak was. It got so bad to the point I couldn't be in living room where the mold was because I was coughing up brown stuff. Btw it STILL leaks when it rains. It took them ANOTHER week to come out to confirm there's mold and then ANOTHER week for some to remove all the mold. It rained a couple of days ago and of course the leak is back again. So now the the cycle is starting all over again. Don't move over to these horrible apartments management haven't done anything about the mold problem. As a matter of fact I'm sitting here waiting for them to come to the apartment clean out a/c air ducts because they told me the maintenance people will be here this morning. It's now about 2pm and when we called around 11 to check on them, they said they would have to call us back.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. THEY NEVER MAKE ANY REPAIRS. PEOPLE IUN THE OFFICE TALKS VADLY ABOUT THE TENETS TO ITHER TENETS. VER UNPROFESSIONAL. MANAGER DANNY IS A JOKE, BACK CHICK IN THE OFFICE IS JUST AWFUL. OVER CHARGE ME IN THE MOVE OUT BECAUSE I LEFT 27 DAYS EARLY. I JUST COULD NOT STAY A DAY LONGER. HAD MAJOR RAT PROBLEM. I CAUGHT 10 RATS MYSLEF THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM OVERFLOWED TO THE BOTTOM FLOOR. THEY DID NOT COME REPAIR IT FOR WEEKS. ENDED UP WITH MOLD EVERY WHERE. THIS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY LARGEBUT NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management has no communication skills or professionalism. Initially, I thought that it was possibly a hiccup in protocol. Then I was told that management changed and I was hopeful that things would be better. Well....surprise! New manager, same old problems. Let me give you a brief list of the things that I have experienced since I moved in: a lack of adequate parking, my HVAC has broken no less than 3-4 times, my water has been shut off without warning, my bathtub ran water for over 8 hours after no one responded to the work request and in the dead of winter, the hot water was out for over three days. This is absolutely unacceptable. I completely intend to seek legal remedy as I am absolutely sure that my lease has been breached on their end. I wouldn’t recommend this complex as a dog kennel let alone an apartment complex. Sheng Raamco should be ashamed have this property in their portfolio. If you are seeking living accommodations, make this an absolute last resort. You’d be better off in an extended stay hotel until a better property becomes available. The only upside is that the reception staff is pleasant and until now they are the only reason that I have not made this post.

This property is the worst place I've ever lived in my entire life. Management is very rude and unprefessional. You can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone...Its always the answering servicve. I would not reccommend this property to my worst enemy. Its been run over wiith drug dealers, and criminals yet management seems to be just fine with those tennents.They do however love to harrass the tenents who pay their rent on time and follow the rules. They act like they can just treat people however they would like. If you value your sanity and your life dont live here.
