Garbage place. Don’t move here. Management dose not care. This place is loud all the time and there’s no peace. There’s drug usage all around. They have zero security and their work hours and are the worst.

The worst experience I have with this apartment management is that my rental car was towed!!! I got a rental car after my car was repaired in a body shop. And the rental car was towed immediately during that night. How unfriendly and unpleasant that is. I don't know why it just has some st***d towing company to tow the resident's vehicle, without leaving any notice. I will move out when my lease expires.

Its always nice to have a friendly office staff and not a rude and unwelcoming ones like other communities in the area they not be as new but they sure can keep up… they care about us residents and the way the apartments look. I'm glad my friend was so consistent about me coming to apply here... I wouldn't want to raise my family anywhere else. Thank you City Terrace Management for all of your efforts we are always amazed by you all.

I moved to City Terrace Apartments at the end of 2015. I fell in love with the property because of its location, the peacefulness of the community, and the extremely helpful staff. I chose an upgraded unit and have been pleased with the aesthetic appeal and WOW factor once my apartment door is opened. I have only had a few maintenance requests since I moved here, but they were all handled in a timely manner. Having schools and parks so close is an added bonus. I feel super safe here in this community, not only because of the quality of my neighbors, but also because of the on-site patrol at night. I would highly recommend this remarkable community.

Maggots!! Crawling along and under base boards in master bathroom. Been having this problem for 2 months! Very annoyed and disgusted! Office called out pest control which didn't do anything! Office stated the tenant from up stairs left trash out which caused maggots! I totally disagree bc the tenant would have been making complaints just as well as I am!

I've lived here for a couple of years now, the most recent change is really an improvement. The office people are super nice and helpful. They just did the parking lot and the lights on the buildings really light up the place. I like it here especially for the location. I don't have to live in an expensive area to have a nice place to live, not too far from my job. I don't have any plans of leaving any time soon.

I just moved here at the 1st of July and I love my new apartment. I have hardwood floors and a updated kitchen. I am in a one bedroom and it is HUGE. I have a walk in closet and additional closet space in the hall. I live right beside the pool area and have a beautiful view. I also love how pet friendly it is here. There are a lot a renovations going on right now so the property is about to get even better!! I would recommended everyone to come check this place out.

For the price of the rent, its not worth moving here.. Avoid at all cost unless you want a head ache. I've seen previous post and their correct, it's 2016 and they still have hot water Issues, every week theres no hot water to take showers they have gone 3days in a row no hot water. They are trying to make the property look nice, but its a disguise on what's really going on.. Loud tenants that bump rap music out of their cars in the parking lot, Neighbor up stairs is loud and theres alot of domestic disputes with them all the time.. This place is really the hood if you ask me... For 1300 get a house before you move to this dump you've been warned.. Oh before I forget it is infested with bugs, and there is always trash outside the dumpster in the parking lot
