Tenant Reviews for 7600 KIRBY DR

So far good experience. I did have episodes on false fire alarm going off entire building for hours twice which woke me up and had horrible experience but I guess its out of management control. I have been having issues of amazon package missing too many times but it could be done by the carriers, I cannot tell.

The apartments are great. The leasing office is not so great. The staff is not so kind and often doesn't help resolve issues. Each summer I've had cockroaches in my apartment, though I keep everything clean. They do answer with pest control but the community amenities are often not very clean.

The apartment is excellent. Great place and community. Nic ex and quite. In the heart of everything and very close to the job, restaurants, libraries, barbershops, football stadiums, banks, grocery stores etc, could not ask for a better place to live and nice and affordable. Also close to church.

We had to pay $350 just to apply to this place!!! They did not process the paperwork properly which ended in denial of the rental. My daughter has cash and could pay the entire lease up front. They are only refunding $200 and we have to wait another week for them to write the check and mail it (and thru are only doing that because I called)! I can only imagine the money they make on the application fees alone! I would not trust them. Although the apartments seemed nice, I’d rather have her rent from some place honest.

Overall has been great everything is near us. Gym, parking, mail is accessible. The elevator form the parking needs to be fixed but we are having a safe and calmed home. I am grateful for the experience .
