When we went to find an apartment, we were very excited to find this place. However, during the application process, there was some seriously sketchy third party involvement. The financial half requires you to log into your bank account through a third party website-talk about uncomfortable, but fine, sucked it up and changed the password. BUT then the pet third party application review decided it was fine to ask illegal questions that violated both FAH and HIPAA after legal ESA documentation that met ALL requirements was submitted. The staff on the property just claimed "not our problem, it is the third party." We decided at this point, if this is how they treat applicants, it was not worth risking being a resident. Save your application fees and learn from our loss

Overall, this place is very nice and safe. And very nice neighbors. Just a few things, My place is near the stairs. It is a good to access outside, but it is very noisy when it is closed. Also, when my neighbor close their door strongly, my door also shake and causes very loud noise.

The leasing team is the best I have seen in my 22 yrs living in various apartments. Courtesy, empathy and leadership is the hall mark of this team. Would highly recommend for families and friends , safe and dog friendly

almost excellent, I like the apartment for its near work area, less time traveling, just not liking the annual renewal Rent increasing, on top of everything when facilities and services are the same. Some trash collection issues ( missed pick ups on allotted time and days) , leaving the hallways with some smell.

my experience is overall very good and I am satisfied of the complex! there are some minor issue such as neighoborough that do not respect the days of trash valet insted of the several email from the leasing office or some amenities that doesn't work in the pool area for a while. Overall I am satisfied!

As a humble and compassionate property manager, Ms. Guidry excels at her service and goes well above the bar for the standard. She doesn't just hear her tenets but she listens and understands their concerns. She definitely goes the extra step. Mezzo Kirby is well taken care of and kept up to par with its luxurious high rises. I am a very satisfied resident and would recommend Mezzo for Style, Amenities, Location, and of course Service. Thank you Ms. Guidry for caring ;)

I lived in the Mezzo Kirby from 2019 to 2022. It was initially the Millennium Kirby and I had a great experience with the original staff, but at some point during the pandemic the building changed management to the Mezzo. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this staff, starting with my move-out. Because of my work schedule, I needed to move out of the building on a Sunday. I emailed the administration about a month in advance to inform them of this, and to ensure I would have access to the leasing office to use the dolly for my furniture and to drop off my keys. Tavarus, the Assistant Community Manager, assured me I would be able to move out smoothly that day. The Sunday of my move-out came and, lo and behold, the leasing office was dark and empty. I tried to contact anybody from management to help with my situation, and I eventually received an email informing me that there would be no staff coming in, I would not have access to the dolly, and I would have to leave my keys in the unlocked apartment when I left. The staff would presumably pick up the keys the next day. This was of course endlessly frustrating, and it took hours to move my stuff by hand from apartment to car. I received no word from management until a month later, when I received an email claiming I owed about $1,000 to the building for alleged damage to the hardwood floor requiring repair. This was a totally bogus claim – I had left the apartment with some scuffs on the floor, to be expected with three years of living, but nothing close to significant damage requiring that much money for repair. Also, how could the Mezzo blame me for damage to the apartment when they forced me to leave it unlocked and unattended for twenty-four hours after my move-out? It is my sincerest regret that I didn’t take pictures of the place before I left for proof of no damage, but I never imagined the building I enjoyed for three years would try to take advantage of me like this. I have been trying to dispute this debt for a year and a half now to no avail. Today I gave up and paid it. I at least want the renting community to be wary of the questionable practices I experienced with this management group. I’m glad to be rid of the Mezzo Kirby and I hope I never have to interact with the administration again.
