Just moved in so don’t have much to go on but so far the only issue I have is that a work order was put in two weeks ago to change the water filter in the refrigerator and it still has not been completed.

Lived here almost 2 years. Loved it my first year. My second year has been plagued with broken appliances that are never fixed, bug infestation, and management who can apparently care less. I wouldn’t recommend moving here. While the location is nice, not being comfortable in your own home genuinely makes these apartments unlivable.

I used to love living here but the quality has declined immensely since 2019. Other than location, I cannot give a single reason it is worth it to start a lease here. The maintenance staff is slow, the office staff are unprofessional, many staff members speak no English, lease violations are ignored, and there is no loyalty to long-time residents who have consistently paid rent on time. I cannot wait to move at this point.

Overall, the experience was quite good, but the efficiency of the service could be improved. Also, some of the regulations are not very user-friendly. Because I requested a refund once, I can no longer pay online.

Overall good. I did have tire stolen off my car from the parking garage last year, but the community staff cooperated with the police and provide provided the necessary video evidence. I understand that is part of living in this area, but the community is overall very safe. The staff is professional and the apartment complex is maintained very well.

the mezzo used to be a good complex to stay at but for the last two years, the complex has definitely changed in a negative way. the maintenance team used to take care of any and all requests within 48 hours but now it can take over 3 weeks before anyone fixes an issue. the hallways used to be clean, well lit, and relatively odor free but it's the complete opposite now. broken hallway light bulbs are rarely changed out, the carpets are cleaned maybe once a year now, and the residents leave their trashcans out in the halls way past the designated time. having lived here for almost 5 years, i'm probably not going to be renewing my lease when it expires because the rent to experience ratio is definitely subpar compared to other newer complexes.

I would not recommend! Issues never fixed! Tried of being lied to or given excuses. Have a permanent disability due to the shade being non functional, and trying to use it while broken. I wouldn’t have fallen off the stool if the shade had been fixed initially. Tired of my up stairs neighbors being noisy at 2am. Tired of appliances being broken. Tired of the amenities not fully functional. Tired of packages being open and or stolen! Moved in, in May and still have work orders that have not been fulfilled or resolved. I should not still be using a broken toilet after months of being here! Moved here for a better experience but totally dissatisfied especially paying $2700 monthly! I have been more than patient working with office staff to have things resolved but I am constantly being told excuses about the property being understaffed.

You won't publish this but: Do not live here, management is poor (with terrible response time) and does not care about their tenants. Quality is not at the same level as the price point. The apartment was dirty and equipment was not well-maintained at all.

Sometimes the front desk of the leasing office is difficult to communicate. But the manager and the maintenance teams are really great. There are lot of noise cause my room is near the hotel nearby. And upstairs are noisy.

Was a good community until recently. The management staff needs to improve efficiency and communication. Maintenance used to be very quick in the past, but has recently started lagging a lot. Safety & security inside the complex has been good. Though recently, multiple incidents have occurred where car tires have been stolen (from cars parked outside). But compared to other complexes, the multiple layers of Parking gates at Mezzo does provide some additional security.
