I love it here! New management took over this month and there have been good changes. I would now definetely recommend for my friends to move in. I think it is really great here! Stephanie is very nice.

i have lived in here for a while now and i absolutely hate it here! there is always problems with the apartment, the staff is alright when they answer phones, the people that live here are rude and have no respect. they take forever to fix things. oh but when they fix things they rig it.. Ready to get out of my lease so i can move. or just do like the other people and move at night so i can take the elevator from everyone. oh yeah and i hope yall like stairs you will use them pretty often so don't get an apartment on a high leveled floor. if you do bring a portable fan, water, and a face mask because each level you go up you will have a different smell and the building stays hot like a sauna.. if you don't like noise then dont move here because come thursday-sunday night it is party central... they gonna rock out and not care ha.

I truly appreciate Rafael and the staff here at the Conquistador. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist with all and any of my needs. Thank you.

I am a current resident here at The Conquistador and I couldn't be happier. We love our apartment, the building is always clean, nobody gets into your business, every body is always nice and the office staff is great. I have no complaints and I will definitely recommend this property.

for all people looking for rent i didn't recommend this place this my last contract i wait wait to leave .managers very lazy no body care about u always they looking just bring new people if u need to fix something takes 1 month they always have excuse and big problem is alarm always is making noise u cant sleep comfortable and elevator always out service they will have excuse always out service and no deposit money back they will find excuse to keep everything its old and nobody care owner is ----- ....just advice

Good property and great office staff. I lived there last year when the old manager was there. My freind said there is a new manager there named Gloria whos done a lot of improvements. While I live there, I really took advantage of the pool area and the club room. I had some small parties there and it was nice. Love it. I would rent there again if it were closer to my job.

I leave at the conquistador the new management people well whatever they are they are both great ... The two girls that work there are very funny, and they always give GREAT customer service . The cleaning lady is very good and funny love her she cleans after everyones mess this new workers are great love this place is now nice a quiet no one bothers me ... sounds like it has change so much in one year ... GOB JOB GIRLS your awsome keep up the great work better then the other managers ;) so come joined us at the conquistador

Management cannot make good on any maintenance problem less than an ac outage. They will take care of that after you've missed a night's sleep. But there's no help on bad electric switches, moldy ac vents, strange noises and bad appliances. Or else, they'll be back today and never come back. Sure, they want you to pay your rent on time. But they avoid answering the phone if they know who you are and the person with the answers is never in the office when you call. The only really good thing is that they are patient with pets.

Nothing gets fixed in a timeline manner. Elevators are always broken. ------ hoodrats have moved in on every floor. Cars have been broken into since i've lived here. Pool area is HORRIBLE. Washers and dryers are always out of order. Save your time and energy. Dont move here.
