*****BEDBUGS***** THESE APARTMENTS A INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS AND THE MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO TREAT THEM.****EVERY MONTH YOUR RENT GOES UP 50.00 FOR WATER AND TRASH****MY RENT HAS WENT UP ALMOST 70.00 THEY ARE THE WORST MANAGEMENT AND APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN****THEY HAVE SWITCH MANAGEMENT OVER 2 TIMES IN LESS THEN A YEAR****THEY STILL DONT FIX ANYTHING!!!!!****PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE*****

BEWARE - I lived in these apartments for close to 15 years. The last 3 years they stopped fixing things. I always paid my rent early, never gave them any problems, and gave them over a 3 week notice that I was moving out. I left the apartment clean and there was no damage. It has been three months and they have not returned my security deposit!!!!

hmmm....if you are a day late paying your rent, the JAWS of this management company named JAW Equity will grab a hold of you like a bull dog fighting to its death. The management have been trained to 'put their own liens on your property'...'without a court order'... they have been trained to manage properties in other countries without a judicial system. JAW Equity trains their leasing agents abroad so they have no clue what the Texas Property Code is, or any Property Code for that matter. I had a discussion with a leasing agent about 5 months ago trying to ask her if she knew the difference between stealing property and liening it. She said 'que??' NOW HIRING! Undocumented workers welcome! A true Equal Opportunity Employer. No experience Necessary! No Writing or Speaking Required! Must be able to lock doors!

the apartment that i was given is in horrible shape nothing works and the management does nothing always lies and never fixes nothing and they wont even give corporate numbers to report them

These are the worse and rudest group of people ive came across,the only one the treat special is thier own ive seen it with my own eyes. Ive been staying these apt since 2010 and they gotten worse since i moved in. They can never keep agents or great managers in the office. Ive been trying to get out my lease for awhile now because of mold on my wall thats been there for three months and cant get no work done from the maintance or silly office folks. They need to close the apts down rebuild and get a office of new agents and managers.
