Don't even think of moving here anymore, not worth it. They changed Managers, and this current manager is unbelievably terrible. I know the difference because i know how life was like under the old manager, ------, and life now under the new manager ------------. Its like night and day. I have made a particular request four times in the last 6 weeks but not one maintenance person has come by. Under ------ maximum 24 hours you have it fixed. Don't say I didn't warn you. My lease is expiring at the end of the year. and i will not in anyway consider renewing it, if i can terminate before the years end, i may go for it. They have ample time to distribute papers threatening you about what violations in their imaginary brain, yet they can't take time to send a maintenace guy to repair. most of my neighbors are constantly complaining about the new manager, and the management crew. I pity the management, if this set of people who are not capable to even run themselves let alone run an apartment

I have lived here for two month's the all the plumbing is messed up. The tenant's who live a few door's down from me was shooting while all the children where outside playing. I security that they have there just watched while they smoke drugs right outside. Management is only concern with getting there rent they are not concerned about the maintenance or the security. They leave the laundry room open all night do they know that someone can be hurt and dragged into the laudry room. Not a great place to live.

Worst ------- place to live. The management only caters to the -------- residents and have to be asked repeatedly to address problems which are being encountered on a daily basis. The floor plans are good but greatly endanger your health and well being. There is a roach infestation, mice infestation as well as a bed bug infestation. If you value your health as well as your safety, this is definitely not the place for decent people. Worst mistake of my life!!!!

I would highly recommend Alief Square the office staff are very nice and polite. I never had any problems except for my car getting stolen but other than that i would say yes to moving there. I moved out in April and that was the worst thing i could have done, plan on moving back there as soon as my lease is up. And yes maintence do come when you do a request even after hour. I just think we shouldn't have to pay for parking that should be included with rent.

------ apartments. maintenance won't fix anything but the want their rent on time. stray cats everwhere. crack addicts on entire street. walls and floors are really thin. bad roads andd parking. staff barely speaks english.

I just want to take my hat off to everyone here at the apartment complex. They go above and beyond the extra mile to not only make you feel welcome; but to make sure that all your needs are met and that you live in a safe and secure enviornment. Jackie, Elizabeth and the Crew are second to none when it comes to compassion, professionalism and respect. I moved here in June after living in a house for over 18 yrs due to job loss and was terrifed to say the least. They were very concerned for my well being from day one and made me feel like part of a family and not just a tenant. I am a Real Estate\IT Professional by trade and now all to well how owners neglect their properties; but that is not the case here. Everytime I come home I am always impressed at how neat and inviting the grounds, office, washroom and parking areas are kept. They really go out of their way to make the place beautiful. I mooved into Alief Square Apartments back in 2007 to a 1 bedroom apartment. One of the first reasons that I mooved here was, personnel was very professional and friendly. The apartments are in a good location, I don't have to drive far out to get to any of the stores to do my shopping. I have been pleased with the service and that is why I have recently (September, 2010)renewed my contract with them again. Thank you Alief Squear Apartments

My name is Silvia, I moved here in 2006 with my parents. I met my boyfriend here also. Got married and moved to our own apartment. we signed a 7 month lease. At the end of the Lease we moved to another complex on cook rd. We were there for six months only, couldnt wait for our contract to end so we could move back to Alief Square. We just moved in last month and we are so happy. The people on the office is very nice and always take care of the residents. Maintenance is always working and taking care of the the work. We decided to share our experience here in case you are looking for an apartment in this side of town you should come here. It is a very nice enviroment you really feel at home.:) Now we are putting our patio lights for x-mas, hopefully we win the contest!

I've been living at Alief Square since last year (March 2008). When I got transfer from my job to the Alief area I did not know what where i was going to live. I do not like to move! i hate it but I had to relocate. I looked at 5 different places that were clos to my new job location. I came back to Alief because they were the only ones that sent me a thank you card! believe it or not I felt important and wanted! :) I live in a one bedroom apartment, very spacious! two of my co-workers moved here already tehy are sharing a two bedroom. I am enjoying living at Alief Square! A friend of mine told me that if i like it so much I should go to apartment ratings and post my review so here it is!

We moved to Alief square in May 2005 At first we had our doubts because our town-home is located at the back of the property and we were new to Houston. We relocated from Alabama and we feel right at home living here! Time flies! it is already 2009 and we are very happy to have the same nice and professional staff in the office since we moved in, they do care about their residents! We enjoy all the resident activities that they have for us through the year. Also the maintenance people are professional and very nice. I really recommend this place for your family. I want to share with you that my neighbor move out and she came back to live here again and she is not the only one that moves out and moves back to Alief Square!!
